What a dissapointment Aramex has been! I ordered a parcel from Cape Town and Aramex has lost it. Apparently its also not the first time this has happened. When following up, the help desk said they would get back to me and yet it was me who had to call them again to find updates. 3 days later apparently they are still "looking" for it
Seriously poor and unacceptable courier and customer service. Two days before delivery I change my delivery address as the one initially provided was a work address and I was no longer at office. On the app, it indicated that the address had been changed, but low and behold they still went to the old address. Then instead of rerouting the delivery to the correct address they canceled it. After that, the courier provided absolutely no feedback or follow up over the next day to ask when they should reschedule. I decided to call in instead and request delivery for that particular day and it was confirmed on the app. I waited at home for the delivery all day and did not receive my parcel, no apology msg or delay msg from RAM either. So that brings gs me to today, called in first thing at 8 to find out where my parcel is and if they can deliver it seeing as it was supposed to be done so 4 days ago. The agent said they would do so and confirm delivery. Am still waiting for feedback. Please don't choose RAM as your courier of choice
Just when you think something is going well with mtn, it just gets worse. I bought a black Friday deal, data that is, online and wanted to do a port from telkom to mtn. Mtn however gave me an entirely new number. When I tried calling the customer care all I got referred to each time was the voice instructions on how to port which obviously I had already done but needed an actual consultant to ask what can be done if the black Friday deal was a contract one and I had been issued with a new number instead of a port. After no luck I went into an mtn store and they said they can't help me because I purchased the order via the mtn website and not in store to which I replied that I had filled in a customer for on the website a number of time but didn't receive effective assistance for the actual problem to port the number. All she told be to do was call the help desk which I had been doing all day and get futile voice instructions All in all very disappointed
I had previously never really had any issue with one day only. On numerous occasions I had bought a few things. However, it was for the first time a few weeks ago that I had to return something. The experience was wholly unpleasant. If I had not followed up numerous times I would not have know the return arrived. And still after returning the product I have not any word about my refund other than the generic when I take the initiative to follow up and then still receiving the generic, "thank you your comment has been received. Your refund is in progress." or something to that effect LESSON: DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM ONE DAY ONLY U MAY NEED TO RETURN E.G SHOES, CLOTHES ETC A bit dissapointed with them
I have never been disappointed! I am an avid online shopper and do so on a weekly basis almost. On one of the items I bought, a water cooler, the dispenser started leaking. It was still under warranty. Takealot was so great they even came to fetch the cooler to check it out and then gave me a new one at no extra charge, no deliver fee. Thanks takealot
If I could give San Fernando's 10 stars I would. My husband and I are all about good service and the number of times we have been to San Fernando's the service was GREAT! Other than having really good service we have never been let down by their absolutely amazing prawns and pizza. Even as a coast dweller and traveller who regularly eats fish, I can definitely say that they are the best prawns I have had and each time we go there I say the same! Just to take it up a notch I made a total ****oo and knocked our pizza off the table which was almost done. The owner so kindly said that we could have another pizza free of charge. Thank you for your spectacular service and for being a lovely host!
I am a bit disappointed in LexisNexis South Africa. I have placed an order and wanted to follow up on its progress so tried calling the main office. Low and behold the main Office was down so tried all the other Offices which were not answered either. Then tried to call the escalation of orders helpline and that too went straight to voicemail. Basically playing a waiting game, because their website does not update with order details. Just really disappointed with the poor service unfortunately as i still have not received much assistance with my very expensive order!
I am quite disappointed with LA Health. My membership on the scheme started on 1 March 2020. I still have not received my membership card via post nor courrier. I have reapplied 4 times for same to be resent but to no avail. Not too sure that I would recommend it to anyone
I would definitely not recommend using FNB . Have honestly had the worst experience with them. From requesting that my account be downgraded from Primier to gold, to having both accounts being added instead, to being sent incorrect communication saying i was receiving a gold credit card then got a primier card and ON TOP OF THAT, still was charged for the primier card which i requested be downgraded in the first place, as well as being charged for the Gold credit card I still have not received the gold credit or debit card and am stuck with a Primier one which i did not request. I tried raising this on their secure chat and just get ushered between consultants saying i must got to primier, then gold, then back to primier and so it goes Seriously poor service and management
I am actually thinking of changing banks after the terrible service I have had. I went into the bank to apply for a credit card and asked that my account be downgraded. For 3 days straight I have been pushed from pillar to post on secure chat from primier to gold back to primier consultants each one saying that I should be referred to the other and not one actually doing anything to downgrade. I have even resubmitted my forms and new agreement but to no avail.
