I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst customer service of all the banks providing car finance that I've ever had the misfortune of working with. I'll definitely don't recommend them at all.
I've been a FNB Premier client for more than 35 years. I use most of their products and have an excellent credit rating with them. I made a mistake by falling for a phishing **** and FNB ***** devision didn't contact me once before declining my ***** case and not refunding my money. I had to go in to my local branch to find out why I'm not being contacted and I had to log a complaint at the branch. I've already opened an account at another bank and will have to start the tedious process of changing my bank after all these years.
As expected their response is private because they do lie to their customers about data usage on My Vodacom App. The detailed data usage under "Where did my data go" shows 35GB when only 2.9GB was used, as per the consultant that returned my call. If Vodacom's' App is so completely wrong, and their customers are being deceived I will definitely still cancel all my contracts as soon as possible. I will not take any further calls from them and will block all Vodacom numbers.
The Vodacom data usage on my Vodacom App shows 30GB of data was used when nobody was home and the router wasn't in use. They also used my available minutes when I used the Wifi calling function on my Samsung device. When I called them to find out why my minutes were used when Wifi calling they just said that is how it works. I'm then paying them twice, for the Wifi and for my minutes on the phone. I will never take another contract with them. I can't wait to get out of all my contracts, and I've been a client for more than 25 years. I'm very certain that this review will not get a response. Fortunately there are many platforms for reviews.
I needed a new charger for my recently out of warranty Black & Decker Cordless vacuum cleaner. It's been impossible to get the correct charger. I was given the rep, Hloni's number by TimberTool in Cape Town, but I received no response from my calls and messages. Months later I received the incorrect charger via RAM couriers, at my own cost. Don't buy any Black & Decker product, there is absolutely no after sales service when out of warranty.
Ordered a power inverter system 3 months ago. I can't track it past order processed online. They keep saying that it will be delivered next weeks, to no avail. They say I can't cancel the order as it was imported, which they didn't mention in the ad. Just don't order from them.
I bought a set of Mooistar travel luggage from Takealot for a month long European trip. I only used the middle size. After about a week the two wheels broke and shortly thereafter the handle broke. The zip finally stripped towards the end of the trip. Takealot refuses to refund it in spite of a 6 month limited warranty, because the wheels and handle are damaged. This is a defective product.
One again I have to revert to Hello Peter to get something done. I returned a online purchase to Makro and have been waiting for almost 2 months for a refund. I am repeatedly told that the refund is being processed, but nothing yet.
First my online order disappeared, then I was told that I didn't pay for shipping. Finaly I was told to arrange my own courier as the product was at the building yard. I still haven't received my refund after two weeks.
