The worst customer service, cant wait to end contract and move to another provider. Always in a hurry to deduct even when instructed to change dates, very rude agents, irritating all day calls for measly R200, inaccurate tracking devices, misdiagnosing device so they can charge for repairs, nowhere to be found when called but will haunt you with calls when debit is reversed that went off on wrong date, i regret ever taking out a contract with this lousy company🤮
Their credit card division consultants give out conflicting information, I was misled to spend money i dont have in the promise of my credit card being opened for use.
This is the worst service provider: 1. Connectivity very slow especially from 7pm, I have to buy vodacom data although I am on contract with telkom due to poor conectivity even during the day 2. The use of easypay as a payment platform is useless and pointless because it takes more than 48 hours to reflect resulting in disconnections even though payment is done in time 3. Call centre agents not professional and sometimes cut calls without assisting 4. Invoices inconsistent with signed contract and only issued after repeated requests For anyone thinking of signing contract with telkom i urge you to not do it, I am myself in the process if cancelling it. I regret the day i was convinced to take a three year contract.
Postnet zeerust is a bumch of ***********s. I bought five pirates shirts t wear at soweto derby today and took in for name printing. Even today on game day they have mosspelt names, the shirts are supposedly in rustenburg.
This shop has the worst customer service. So in october 2023 my father, a pensioner, bought a R36000,00 lounge suite at Gems Zeerust. He liked the set as it had recliners seats which he needed to rest his feet while watching tv. The set was delivered but three months later the mechanism for reclining in one of the couches broke and the seat could not recline anymore. We reported at the branch and were told it will be attended in the next week. Today is 15/01/2025 and yet again we went to the shop to ask whats the problem as they never contact us unless we go and ask, a guy called Kagiso **** yet again and refused to give contacts of their head office. We regret buying for so much money only to be given inferior quality furniture. No inspection has even been carried as we are repeatedly told they will come.

This place is a scam. I took my car there and they charge me R600 for inspection but tell me they cant fix my problem only to go to another shop and find they didnt give correct diagnosis they just wrote what i said which wasnt the problem. I would like a refund because they come with stories and avoid giving me inspection report
I had a flat battery on my car and called miway, within twenty minutes i was helped with jump start
I had a tracking unit in my car but sold the car. I called cartrack to change details to the new owner and opened a new contract for my new car about three weeks ago. They sent me an sms with a link to confirm fitment location but ever since then they haven't contacted me to install, yet I know they will debit me next week when I get paid. Everytime I contact them they transfer me to the scheduling department which never picks up and I end up getting cut off the line. This has made me feel anxious as my car is not safe without a tracking unit, and my insurance premiums are high due to the lack of tracking.
This is the worst service, my wife struggled to get claim approved, then got called by panelbeaters to bring in car. We spent more than R200 airtime trying to call iwyze to arrange courtesy car, their phones dont get answered
