Excellent customer service received at Standard bank Northgate branch!!! I visited the Standard bank branch in North Gate shopping center yesterday, 23/04/2024. The entire team looked happy, and seem to be enjoying their work! They gave me an excellent customer experience at the branch!
DecoFurn is actually a ****. The quality of their items is soo poor that they don't even allow customers to write their honest reviews on their website. They only allow positive reviews only to their website. I recently purchased an office chair online, only to realize that the chair is too small, its so uncomfortable and not worth the price, I requested for an exchange or refund, and I was shocked that they have hidden fees which they charge in order to do the exchange or refund, its even confusing because when you purchase online they say if you don't like the item, they will gladly exchange or refund you, kanti its a ****..... SHAME ON YOU DECOFURN

The SBK Mall of Tembisa branch have a ****ty service!!!!! I can’t believe a whole entire “branch manger” can be this careless about clients. Jerry is the most useless manager you’ve ever had. He prioritises his favourite clients. I’ve recently app**** for a membership cancellation because I am relocating, obviously I had to ask questions first just to be sure about everything, Guy just laughed at me, left the conversation to attend someone else. How can a whole entire manager make clients feel stupid?????????? Hate the service I received!!
Best customer service received from Nompumelelo at KFC Montecasino. I ordered lunch and the KFC App cancelled my order, Nompumelelo was really really helpful, she handled my issue way better than Katleho on the KFC live chat customer service, Katleho doesnt know the purpose of his/her job. Can TFG teach their stuff member that online customers are also customers. I have been a loyal customer at TFG, I enjoy purchasing online most of the time because its easy and convenient for me. I went to Totalsport Birch Acres mall today and received a bad service from the young lady who refused to give me her name. Every time when I collect my parcels from Totalsport, 1. They ask me to join their long queues( what's the point of buying online if I still have to waste my time at the store) TFG, please consider having "click and collect" tills. 2. They refuse to give me PLASTIC BAG!!!, firstly, the plastic bag that comes with my parcel is not portable, secondly if TFG is selling plastic bags then allow us to buy. Today the lady at Totalsport told me that she can not give me a plastic bag because their "Manager" (who she refused to tell me their name) told them not to give out plastics for online customers, to me that's BS!!. TFG please tell the store managers that ONLINE CUSTOMERS ARE ALSO CUSTOMERS and we are buying with our own money. 3. can TOTALSPORT Tembisa Birch Acres mall staff member wear their name budge, I am tired of receiving bad service and not knowing who's assisting me...
I would never ever refer Homechoice to anyone....... Those people will call you and harass u daily. I don't know why they refusing to remove my numbers from their system!!!
I regret buying/supporting Home choice I once bought a bedding at homechoice, I don't owe them but I feel harassed by their call center agents. They call me every now and then, even after asking them to stop calling me for marketing purposes and blocking their number they always find a new number to call me with. I am tired of reporting their numbers to spam. I am tired of being abused. Was I wrong for buying their products? Homechoice please remove my numbers from your marketing database pls!!!!! I wouldn't advice anyone to buy from homechoice, not unless you're ready to be harassed for the rest of your life...
VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE Homechoice call center agents need more training. their services is so bad that they don't even know what they're doing. My first experience was horrible and I would never ever recommend homechoice to anyone I know.
