They changed our meter for prepaid in December 2024 without informing us two days before that I loaded electricity FOR R350 WHICH IS 75UNITS. when I asked how do i get my refund they informed me that I must call the call center and they will assist. That did not happen. I then went to the office in Booysens and spoke to the Manager Mr Event who promised that he will refund me. Well, that has not happened and I am tied of calling him and him not replying 🙄 😒 😑 That is alot of unit that I lost out on.
Last year they came to change my water meter outside the yard, saying that I need the new one. In the month of May I have called them three times because it is now leaking. Everytime some guys come out to stop the leak and two days later it starts leaking again. They take three days to respond to the call, in that time the water is running down the street and adding to the bill. This only mean that those who come out don't know what the HELL they doing. This is ridiculous.
I have a cellphone contract with Cell C where i get 1.50 GB Anytime data and 1.50 GB Social Anytime data, 200 minutes. I call cell c on Wednesday 02 to inform them that I am getting a message that I don't have data to connect to the internet and it was supposed to be loaded on 1st April. The lady gave me a ref 504022502 and said that it will take working days and they will get back to me NOTHING HAS HAPPENED I CALLED TWICE TO FIND OUT AND THEY SAID THEY STILL INVESTIGATING. In the mean time I bought data on Saturday 120MB all in one, 120MB data and 120 bonus nite data as well as 300 minutes. IAM PAYING R315 EVERY MONTH AND THIS HAPPENS. I NEED SOMEONE TO GET BACK TO ME ASAP
Two weeks ago I bought a box of I&J Fish bakes 6 crumbed fish portions garlic and parsley 360g from Shoprite Eldorado. On Thursday evening when I opened the box to fry the portions it was only crums there was no whole pieces like it shows on the box. Very dissatisfied. It's like we having fish crums for dinner.
On Friday afternoon I went to the KFC in Johannesburg cnr Bree and Loveday. Ordered my food and waited just under half an hour because they did not have wings, I was told after I enquired. When I got home the chips were under cooked still raw . That I very disappointing after waiting do long.
I have a house content, house structure, movibles policy with 1st for Woman and with every claim that I put through it was declined or when the guy comes out he tells me that I must go and buy the part and call him back to fit it. We had a terrible storm Big hail stones, wind in Naturena on Sunday 02 Feb 2025 and that cause damage to my front windows 2 of them cracked and if another storm come they will fall in. So I put the claim through the Monday 03rd and did not get any call or anything. On 4th I receive a sms saying that thank you for registering my claim. On Wednesday 12th I received another sms saying that someone will attend, the asseser came out on Thursday 13th to asses the damages. I then get a call on Friday to say that my claim is not going through and it will be cheaper fix it myself. WHAT AM I PAYING INSURANCE FOR EVEY MONTH AND THEN THEY INCREASE IT. They have not fix anything where a claim was put through. And they are supposed to be for WOMAN 👩 😒. Disappointed with their service and how they handled clients.
I bought a pack of c***** cheddar flavored full cream processed cheese thick slices 24 (400g) from Shoprite Southdale on the 22nd December 2024. We opened it and ate some slices. This evening when we wanted to eat again we found that they are mouldy. The expired date is Aug 2025. Barcode is 6001299030246. What happens now with this and I paid a cool R56
I would just like to thank the gentleman who assist me with regards to getting the new meter registered for me. He went out of his way to do that, and still called me back to confirm that all has been sorted out. I we can only have GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE like that in the work place. I did not get his name, but I am the lady from Naturena who works from home.
