I Have always had issues with the Bayview store however I must compliment the service from Buyi @ KFC bayview ,She went beyond to ensure I don't have a bad service n be disappointed. I am glad to know she is back @ Bayview Store.Well done pls do keep up the service
2 weeks back gave a tablet in fir insurance claim ,No feedback after calling numerous times and being told all documents are submitted ,I called insurance company saying no documents recieved. Store cannot assist cause they don't know wat the insurance company needs .This is n9t wat I was told when sold the items and insurance I believe this is misleading 5he customer .Can management pls intervene and resolve asap
Had an horrific experience yesterday being harassed with no communication from MFC .No protocol being followed or unable to get hold of anyone. Worst customer service and no accountability
Suncoast Hotel n Towers .Very disappointing to be misleading with booking Despite being in touch all week to confirm all in order. Most dissappointing experience ever. Been 30 min still awaiting management to rectify. I expect a resolution asap
Currently on a ride Midrand to Durban ,First and last experience on a bus. Sadly the facilities on the bus is unhygienic, A stench from the toilet all journey ,seats are broken. Such facilities should not be allowed . Worst of all the weather is bad lighting & Raining for some reason the driver thinks he is on a race course.This bus does not even sound as if it is road worthy,The driver breaks so hard that the brakes make a noise ,He takes the turns like he is drifting. Worst experience ever. I would want a superior to call me and I want a verification that this bus is road worthy .This is totally unacceptable we put our trust in you that we will reach our destination safe but such horrible service is definitely a NO . Been to Take n Pay Westcliff Chatsworth today for there sale.After shopping I was browsing through my reciept to check if I missed anything only to find out most of the stuff advertised as specials are charged at full prices.when I asked one of the ladies in charge at the front very rudely she asked me if I did not see the thereafter sign I was confused so I went back into the store to double check and there was no such thing I went back to her with photos I took and then she tells me oh so they labeled the wrong products and pricing.With a don't care attitude as if it not her problem I asked to see the store manager n they said he on lunch and cannot see anyone I was brushed of.Furious I left the store to try and call and even send a wats app but no reply or answer.This is disappointing The Chatsworth community relies on u guys for transparency This is misleading the community. For such a huge store to this is unacceptable I am one person who picked it up how many other people has been effected by this dishonesty . What is it Take n Pay are u guys not making enough to stoop to this kind of dishonesty.The ladies that stand at the front and bark orderd are unfortunately not trained for customer services and does not add value to ur store they spend most of the time talking stories. This behavior and ethic is unacceptable and I wish to be compensated for this dishonesty and misleading advertising.Should I not receive feedback I will take this to the rising sun. Worst bank to ever deal with is African Bank at the Chatsworth Centre .The staff is rude and show attitude as if u trash walking in . I was asked to print a form that I needed my banking details completed on I did so and came back the consultant forgot but still I followed the que only to see people after me being helped . The sarcastic looks and attitude is not befitting of ur brand unfortunately I wish to close my account x 4 accounts and not wish to invest either as this is not the service I. Future
Order was placed via Uber eats and only received 1hour 15 Min later from KFC Chatsworth centre The instructions were not followed ,I ordered a meal which consists of a Crunch burger but a junior burger was delivered and still charged the same price ,the wrapping an presentation was terrible the food was soggy n moist The Oreo crushers ordered was melted and unappetizing .The food was cold and did not taste good Very poor customer care Being a regular customer service was pathetic not to mention I initially placed my order at Bayview KFC I was even debited from my bank account only to find out I am waiting for an order that was cancelled cause they had load shedding .Guys u taking advantage of the public in this difficult times we paying our money and expect to get what we paid for u not doing us any favours Please call me urgently I want this matter resolved ASAP I have been trying to call the store for the past 2 hours and no answer at all Melissa 061253067
2 months back I had placed a lay -bye for a PS3 At the Chatsworth Cash Crusaders based at the Chatsworth Centre next to Sabah Collections .Although Sales person Sbu was very helpful and he told me that everything will be sorted and reset when I come in to pick it up. On Friday the 27/11/2020 I had picked up the PS3 it was not reset yet and was almost time to close Sbu tried to reset it ,I did advise at the shop this was a gift for my 8 years old son birthday on Sunday the 29/11/2020 .Bringing it home and keeping it ready for him to open only to find out on connection that the ps3 is not working and gives the following error : "Cannot start - The appropriate storage system was not found " bear in mind the system worked well when tested at the store after testing because there was information and pictures of previous owner Sbu the consultant reset the system .I m not sure what's going on nor do I want to interfere dur to the warranty I have wats app the store numerous time but not one person called back. There is a lack for client service ,When the sale was to me made I was given time now there is a problem and no one can sort it our ,This is a real disappointment as my child was looking forward to the PS3 in this lock down or his Birthday .I expect for Cash Crusaders to rectify this They give out tall claims in there adverts and broadcast but the customer care service is bad My Childs Birthday surprise was ruined all because of them I wish I had not kept them first in mind I do expect someone to call me on the earliest Melissa 061253672 to resolve this
Worst service ever A don't care attitude .Don't even try to go the extra mile.Due to loadshedding I am trying to order early to pick up they cannot assist nor can they deliver from the operational stores .A real Hassel I never have an Hassel if it from another fast food place
