I am not a Nedbank customer however I was sent a cash withdrawal voucher that I attempted to withdraw from Nedbank ATM in Lukhanji Mall, Queenstown (ATM F720) After entering the voucher details just as the ATM was about to give out my money the machine restarted. I waited for it to work again and tried a second time when I got the error “voucher already used” . I have photos that I took of proof when this happened I’ve logged a query with one of your consultants reference number : 1187800 and later got a message saying it has been declined. This is unacceptable I cannot make a loss due to a technical difficulty on Nedbanks side then they tell me they decline my query Someone contact me about this please my number should be on your system already under the query reference number
I ordered something for delivery from Cape Town to East which was shipped 30th December today is the 10th January and still a no show !!!! The service here is pathetic I’ve sent them an email (6th January) also which no one has responded too when I gave them a call I was told there is a delay but I should receive it Monday the 9th January. Expected delivery from China was told I should receive in 2 weeks It was a day early ! It’s amazing how a shipment can move from a distant country 10979km (6 978 miles) and be in your country in just 2 weeks yes I paid a lot of money to get it that quick but boy was it worth it !
Although booking an appointment doesn’t help much as you will still wait in line the IStore in Port Elizabeth was quite helpful when I had a system upgrade error with my Apple phone. The techs are very helpful (I forgot his name) but I recommend !
Thank you Sumayyah! (From Aha Gateway Umhlanga) I accidentally cancelled my booking for this hotel on booking.com. Summayyah (From reservations) was able to arrange a room for me and my husband (which I had to make an extra payment for). Then she assisted me get my money back from booking.com for the initial booking I made. Appreciate her efficiency and understanding on the matter. My holiday was almost a disaster. Big ups to you!
I’ve been queuing to be taken to a phone in one of your branches and each time I speak to an incompetent consultant. I called to settle my loan end of July and was given a settlement amount with I settled without 3 days of receiving it. Then 5 August i got debited money from my account with a loan reference number. I someone to call me I refuse to stand in long ques again to speak to your incompetent staff Contact me urgently!!
I bought a bed here that I have only been using January 2021 the mattress springs are now making noise at every move. I hasn’t even been a year! Sooo ridiculous! I wish I could find purchase slip and take this nonsense back! Sleep masters East London on Oxford
Was serviced by the rudest front desk lady This was at the East London SPCA branch her name was Margette or something like that . She works at the clinic side. Someone train her on servicing customers!!!
Am not at all impressed with Mondo or MTN I had put in an application for a sim only deal of 130GB only to find that they delivered a 80GB data sim It was delivered Monday the 15th of I called Mondo the very same day to have it delivered to cancel the incorrect sim I was told that this needs to happen within 7days otherwise a charge is incurred to me. I’ve since spoken to numerous consultants who tell me that the cancellation will only happen in 2 - 3 weeks!? and the last one I spoke to was Lisa Marie who I think needs to be thought customer etiquette really cause she had the nerve to respond to me that requesting for a reference number from her for the call “was not going to change anything”. I have call centre experience and know that such responses to customers was not at all to tolerable. Someone please sort this out ASAP! Cell number : 0605746944
MTN sent me a mail 15th February that I was owing them money that I was unaware bounced on my account. Mind you I’ve already paid them 12th February. They have suspended my SIM card and I’ve requested multiple times that it is unblocked. They still sent me a mail saying a owe them. Someone call me urgently to sort out this mess!
