Bad experience at apache Spur cape town, poor service ,waited long for my food ,food came not together for me and my family first my daughter food arrived after she were done with her food me and my wife were still waiting for our food the drinks came long before the food and I asked them to bring the drinks with the food pathetic service won't recommend anyone to go there. I ordered a take away as well 200g sirloin small piece of meat,very disgusted about this spur
My water pipes burst in the walls my tiles had to be removed, still waiting on absa to replace my tiles and connect my water poor service
Hi fi corp are a very bad company for after sevice,I bought a sealy bed online at hi fi corp, I wasn't satisfied with the bed I phoned them in the 14 days and told them I am not satisfied with the bed they told me they will sort it out I am still waiting and it's been 3 months now and no one contacted me , very poor service and
I bought a Ford ranger at Ford they told me they did the 160 point check , afterwards I found out the shox was faulty, now they ignoring me bad service won't recommend them
I put in a claim almost 2 months ago. I don't receive feedback from old mutual.I submitted all the paperwork they ask for ,I must contact them to ask for any feedback.I don't think a claim can take so long to process.I won't recommend anyone to old mutual.when it comes to claiming they very poor and the brokers who assist me don't even keep me up to date .Bad service
Old mutual are the worst company ever when submitting a claim . Miway are the worst. I claim for my wife gold chain which are +- 20000 rand and they only want to pay me out 1495 service are bad I pay my premiums every month now I get this from them.I never claimed from them first time claiming. Miway treat your customers right you .
Makro Montague gardens are the worst.I bought a AEG gas stove 15000 rand when it came there was a scratch on the side of the stove. The first time I used it the marks the grease marks didn't want to come off. I inform makro they send someone out to come assess the stove. I bought it in march now I must go in and out to makro to ask them what's going to happen no response. The manager of the name of Robyn told me she will follow up on the situation but still till today nothing. POOR SERVICE
Me and my daughter did schedule a return on the same day but the first driver took my stuff instead of my daughter now my stuff are missing and the customer service suck because no one can get the items that were collected all they say is they will escalate the matter. POOR SERVICE
My washing machine broke and it is still under warranty I logged a repair on the 6 of September they don't contact me to update me on when they will repair my washing machine. It is now a month and I am still waiting.PATHETIC SERVICE poor customer service as well
