On the day of delivery found that I had ordered the wrong variant of my pets food . Messaged the help desk and they immediately and efficiently rectified my mistake and dispatched the correct food saving me from a lengthy spell in the dogbox !
My battery charger developed a fault way outside of the warranty period , asked if it could be repaired and was subsequently given a new unit. Buy local and support companies that value and carry out excellent customer care !
My Acdc inverter developed a fault and I took it in for repairs it was way over any warranty period so fully expected to be charged . Imagine my surprise on collecting to find it fully repaired at no cost to myself . Really impressed with their excellent brand support.
Recently had an issue with a damaged fibre cable caused by a falling tree branch . Mind The Speed managed the issue to completion , liaising with the line service provider relieving me of the hassle of dealing with an entity that can't be contacted directly. Very happy to have this level of support from my ISP .
Ordered an article costing R1400 , received the lower spec article which cost R1200. Offered to keep if I was credited with difference. Was told their policy not flexible enough to do that and article needs to be returned. No stock of the article I ordered . Amazon will eat their breakfast when it starts up here .
Was giving up on finding a Lenovo keyboard after poor experiences with agent and another supplier , found Laptop Mechanic had stock and received it the next day in Durban.
Avoid this company , took a Lenovo laptop in for keyboard problem, they took a week to tell me they couldn’t quote on a new keyboard. Found a supplier in Pretoria who sent me a new keyboard within 24 hours .
Woolworths online is the most frustrating online experience I have encountered. Goods available and selected are often not available on day of delivery which means their system does not reserve goods from your selection. Ordering groceries for my aged mother becomes a frustrating hit and miss event. Resolving issues with their online consultants is tedious with their slow systems etc.
Will not be using Dis -chem online again , just had two instances of orders being accepted and not fulfilled due to inaccurate stock on hand systems. First time I was notified after a week about stock out , second time no communication from them , had to inquire after a week about order to find out no stock.
Previously posted a poor review because of lack of communication post transaction, have to report now that goods received in good order 12 days after placing order.
