I have now been waiting 2 weeks for my refund after returning an item that was damaged. When I was in store I provided all the information you required, completed the form with banking details etc. Today I get an email asking for my banking details?! It is unacceptable and their avoidance to giving me straight forward responses, is just as bad. I have now been blocked from commenting on their Facebook and Instagram posts- that says a whole lot! Do the right thing Decofurn.
Most disgusting service from MTN! Accounts department has NO clue what they are doing and claim we are in arrears when in fact we are NOT! As a result, won't do our upgrade. 3 payments have gone unallocated, yet WE are in arrears?! No wonder you are losing customers and there are so many complaints here and on fb. Get your act together! I am reporting this to every single controlling body you belong to! Customer services has no idea how to sort this out, and their manager is even more clueless - and arrogant! When he realized his mistake, started backtracking.
Your service is laughable and absolutely unacceptable! Twice now that delivery is scheduled and someone is home waiting for it, only for us to get a message that you couldn't deliver due to us not being available?! What utter rubbish! Get your act together. I want my parcel and I want it before Christmas 2020! Your drivers don't even TRY deliver - they lie and then claim nobody available to deliver to. Disgusting that a company like UNDER ARMOUR makes use of an incompetent, unreliable company like you!
Unethical, unprofessional - stay away! STAY FAR AWAY from this company! Zero communication from tax consultant Wynand, resulting in us terminating his mandate. Only to have him proceed to submit the tax returns, with incorrect and incomplete information! NO mandate, didn't have even half the expenses and certificates required to submit, which has now caused us a large financial loss. Emails to the directors have gone unanswered and without even as much as an acknowledgement of receipt. Wynand thinks he's done us a massive favor and I quote "I think I did very well for you". YOUR MANDATE WAS TERMINATED! So unethical and unprofessional! Would not recommend this company to anybody under any circumstances!

My order was fast tracked by Superbalist - placed order late Thursday evening, and Saturday morning it was delivered! Excellent service, excellent delivery. Super impressed and will definitely be making use of it in the future. Well done guys!
SIGH.... I still ask myself why I even bother with this bank. I had 1 temporary loan. Partly paid off and then Covid19 struck, and along with it lockdown. I am self employed so no work = no money. A concept FNB is clearly struggling to come to terms with. I applied for the miserable excuse of Covid19 relief, but did it anyway because #letsdotherightthing. Its taken them 5 weeks to acknowledge my request. Everyday I get a message saying its being reviewed and I must upload documents. Which I do. And the next day, same stupid message with my same response. On 26 April 2020, I get a message to say a Section 129 letter has been issued for the outstanding loan! ARE YOU HARD OF UNDERSTANDING?! You are the most despicable bank, with the most horrendous business practices and I, together with a group of others that connected with me as they have the same issue with you, will be reporting this to the Banking Ombud, as well as the Consumer Council, as well as the dedicated government platform to report your unscrupulous, unprofessional, unethical actions during Covid19 (you will get fined FYI!). Your actions disgust me, and I will be closing my accounts immediately!
How is it that every other service provider can have their services ready for this lockdown, but you can't?! Cannot get through on whatsapp line, phone lines or anything. Account IS up to date and yet here you are, suspending accounts! Shame on you- you are not even worthy of a 1 star!
