Zintle Nkabinde was such a helpful consultant, she loves her work and cares about clients. She’s the only one who helped me about a query I’ve spoken to over 10 people about.
The worst treatment from these people, literally just threw me papers and asked me to sort myself up with updating my policy information. Sent out many emails and was told by the Myriad altercations team that I must print out papers and update my policy. Even though I said that there’s information I don’t understand. Inga Dumezweni is the only consultant who tried to assist. She’s great!
The most inconvenient and inconsiderate delivery poeple. First time working with them, they just cancel deliveries when their drivers are tired, no call no sms, just unprofessional and rude people. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED! I oils never use them again EVER!
The worst little ATM ever. I’ve withdrawn twice and money would just freeze and never come out DO NOT EVER INSERT YOUR CARD INTO THIS THING The contact centre people are pretty much not helpful!, you will just have to kiss your money goodbye
I have been calling for 2 full days used 50 minutes just to enquire before purchasing and NOBODY in the whole company was willing to pick up a call or even stay 2 minutes talking. USELESS LINES!

We ordered 3 inverters and paid 200K in full!! Speaking to a guy named Grant Mansell. This was 2 months ago. We never got anything delivered he kept saying tomorrow till a full month and a half passed. We requested a refund and that’s when they ghosted us with 200K. We were told to expect a credit note but till today. We were told to wait for 15 days and that has passed. We were basically ****MED 200 Thousand. No communication at all from these poeple no update NOTHING! Just ghosting. DO NOT TAKE YHE RISK.
The worst company I’ve ever dealt with, they ghosted me for a good 2 months after we paid 200k!!! A whole 200k is still not paid back after Requesting a refund because they couldn’t deliver and tell the truth on where the products are. I was told I would get a credit note for my refund we got NOTHING! Tomorrow is today is the last day of the 15 days waiting period for a refund and there’s still absolutely nobody telling me what’s going on with the 200k we paid. Am still traumatised
Yoh! The worst resturant I've ever went to. The staff is rude!!! And the food is tasteless. It was a birthday celebration and we got the worst treatment. Told not take pictures of ourselves because we should book to do that. Please DO NOT GO THERE.
I ordered online on the 18th Februrary it's now the 27th and my order got cancelled and undelivered it's a nightmare dealing with these people. They take your money and WILL NEVER DELIVER
