BAD BAD BAD SERVICE OF THE ELDERLY FEMALE MANAGER JUST NOW! MY FIANCÉ BOUGHT ME A WOOLWORTHS COAT YESTERDAY AND WENT INTO TRUWORTHS THEREAFTER TO GET ME SOMETHING ELSE AS OUR ANNIVERSARY IS APPROACHING. HE FORGOT THE WOOLWORTHS BAG THERE AND REALIZED WHEN HE WAS AT HOME AND DROVE BACK, HOWEVER THEY WERE CLOSED ALREADY AND SAID NO ONE BROUGHT A BAG TO ADVISE THAT THIS MIGHT BE SOMEONES WHO FORGOT IT. THE MANAGER WAS SO HORRIBLE SHE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE SHE WANTED TO ASSIST. WE WENT BACK TO TRUWORTHS N1 CITY NOW AND WE ASKED FOR HER CAMERA FOOTAGE AND SHE ADVISED THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CAMERAS WORKING IN THE STORE. HOW THE HELL DOES TRUWORTHS OR SHOPS IN MALLS NO LONGER HAVE CAMERA FOOTAGE. SO HOW DO WE KNOW THEY AREN'T LYING AND SHE STOLE THE COAT.
My medical aid covers R1200 for seeing a specialist for my child. I went to a pediatrician on the 20th February 2024 and then they asked to a Co payment saying that momentum health 4me only covers half. I then paid in the difference and called momentum and they advised I can claim the monies back all I needed to send was the proof of the payment the invoice, copy of my ID and confirmation letter from the bank for them to pay the monies into. I sent all of this on the 20th of February and today's the 6th of March and I am still waiting on my refund. How pathetic is this people. I called on Saturday the 2nd March and they advised they escalating for the payment to be paid and I called yesterday and the phone went off on their side and still they didn't even bother to call me back because I have airtime so it wasn't on my end.
Pathetic. Received my monies 5 days after signing for my 3 first month's however my last payment I am still waiting for. I signed on the 27TH March and was at the labour department in Bellville on the 19th April where I was advised it takes 21 working days for payouts which was on Friday 28th April. It is the 2nd May today and still no monies was received. This is MY MONIES. YET I HAVE TO WAIT WAIT WAIT FOR MY OWN MONIES. THE CALL CENTRE'S DON'T WORK NO ONE DAMN PICKS UP, THE OTHER LANDLINES NO ONE PICKS UP. WHAT THE HELL??????? I WANT SOMEONE TO CALL ME ASAP.
Took a payment Holiday from Jan till March and received my new breakdown only to receive my statement now indicating an additional R1100 onto my new installment. I want someone to call me tomorrow morning at 8 to sort this bull**** out!
Received an sms at 8:12 this morning that my Avon is out on delivery yet it is to 3 in the afternoon and still no delivery. I call and call Skynet to ask where my order is but still no damn answer how pathetic.
Needed a payment holiday as I am on maternity leave, however poor feedback and service from Standard Bank. They take my money every month but when you need their services they are no help.
POOR PATHETIC CELL C PUT THROUGH MY QUERY OF MY REFUND ON 8TH NOVEMBER. I'VE CALLED AND HAD CASES AFTER CASES OPENED STILL NOT RESOLVED AND WE ARE ON THE 14TH DECEMEBER AND STILL NOT RESOLVED. PROOF OF PAYMENT OF MY REFUND WAS SENT 3 TIMES LAST MONTH ALREADY AND YET AN IDIOT OF CELL C CALLS NOW TO ASK YET AGAIN FOR MY BANKING DETAILS WHICH WAS PROVIDED ON THE 8TH NOVEMBER. WHAT A JOKE I'M TELLING YOU. THEN HE TELLS ME THAT MY MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE NEXT 3 TO 7 WORKING DAYS. I DON'T KNOW IF I SHOULD LAUGH OR BE ANGRY BECAUSE IT'S MY OWN MONIES THAT I HAVE TO WAIT ALMOST 2 MONTHS FOR. WILL NEVER OPEN A CONTRACT WITH CELL C AGAIN.
So I closed my cell c account end September and my last payment had to be at the end of October. Little did I know that Cell c didn't update my statement hence i overpaid my account with R600. I called on 8th November already with regards to my refund and it's the 3rd December today and still nothing was refunded. Proof of payment was sent and bank details yet CELL C IS PATHETIC AND CANNOT DAMN PAY MY MONIES BACK TO ME. IT'S MY MONIES YET I HAVE TO WAIT FOREVER FOR IT. DO THEY THINK THAT R600 IS THE SAME AS R60.
I am a Avon sales rep and I usually use Fastway to deliver my goods. Due to the lockdown Ram is the only one with a permit to deliver goods, why I do not know as they are utterly unprofessional. I received an sms Monday 20th April that my goods would be delivered and when I called home to find out if they delivered, my mom advised that they didn't. I went on Rams website to track my parcel and it stated - delivery unsuccessful due to client not being home but at work. When I called my mom back to ask were they there she said no. I tried getting through to RAM but ofcause you have to hold on for decades before eventually someone answers. I eventually gave up and waited to see if they would deliver today, Tuesday 21st April. I received an sms this morning that they would deliver. I then also received a call at 12:00 and the gentleman advised he cannot find the place can I give him directions. I then asked him if he doesn't have GPS and he said No. Pathetic I know. So I asked where he was currently and he said at Spar which was less than 5 minutes from where I live. I told him nicely to wait there I would be there now. I drove the entirely parow Valley flat and found him nowhere and the number he called me from just rang and rang and eventually went to voicemail. Ram is pathetic and I want Avon to see this and I hope they never ever use RAM again.
