Most unreliable company ever, 1st ordered a turbo was constantly told will receive it the next day it never arrived had to cancel and get a refund, the tried to order a.water pump and again the part never arrived , both occasions dealt with bongi, he is no customer care, if you want to waste time and money and be ignore and get dropped phone calls with no updated then they are perfect. Will never use them again. They deserve minus 10 stars
Is it possible to give a negative rating. Just for pricing on 2 things and no 1 can give a reply, switchboard ladies tried but parts department are a no show, call leave a message no response
Hellopeter needs to make an option for negative starts, nedbank Balfour park is the most useless the people stand at the door look at you and don't offer help then after been given a ticket a sat in an empty bank for 20min with out being attended to. I should've stayed with fnb I never had such issues or incompetence and lack of customer service. Mind you I'm new to nedbank, very bad start to a relationship
iv had a query with dstv since the 28th of March 2024, ref 98436196. i was reconnected from a promotion but every two days i get disconnected. when i call in the incompetence of the agents is overwhelming.
So i have been off dstv for a while cause it hasn't been meeting my needs, they sent me an email and sms to reconnect at R230 for the month, after paying it on the 28th of march i didn't reconnect of which i did the self help which was completely pointless, then used the whatsapp agents they proved to be even worse then the self-help. i then called the call center, they reconnected me, only to be disconnected on the 2nd april. now im being told it was prorate. the false advertising needs to be addressed, i woudnt have paid if i was being **** to. DSTV are a bunch of *****STERS..... when im done with them R230 will be the least to worry about
I deposited money into my account on friday 26th March today is now the 30th march still no funds & for a lousy R50 this is pathetic. I spoke to Thabang K, he promised to resolve the issue and guess what nothing has been resolved....
I'm really starting to hate kfc I can never just have a delightful experience. Today I went to Meadowdale kfc, I was a bit early I hadn't noticed it was 6:54, the lady at the drive through "Nomfundo" seemed very happy to turn me away saying they open at 7am. I went to the parking waited till 7AM. went back to the drive through she didn't greet at the intercom, arriving at the window I asked for streetwise remix, she disappeared for 3min came back told me to wait 13min for the meal, I the asked her to rather get me a toasted sandwich she disappeared again for 3min came back told me there was no food available. IS THIS HOW KFC OPERATES AND TREATS CUSTOMERS, I LEFT WITH NO FOOD AND WITH NO APOLOGY. THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE FOR SUCH A LARGE FRANCHISE.
For such a large franchise your customer service is rather useless, we bought mixed veggies found a stalk inside it we sent an email now going on a month still no response. Clearly you dont value your customers. I expected better from checkers, This is where we do our groceries but now seems like we must go elsewhere.
Zero stars, 1 star is too much. The most pathetic service from.such a large institution, They are very happy and quick to call you and arrange policies over the phone. Yet when there is an issue they take forever to respond and still cant resolve the issue. They captured information wrong and now they telling me I must send documentation because I'm changing details im not changing anything their incompetence capture the information incorrectly. Now it's no longer updating their mistakes I want my money back an cancel will rather go elsewhere. Cant be having such lousy issues on the first month.
