I am extremely disgusted at the service I have received at your Mitchell’s branch. I brought my baby in via the ER at 5:20 , they took his vitals and everything was normal however his eyes were terrible swollen closed. We waiting to be been by a doctor until after 8. That’s almost 3 hours of my child nagging and hungry. I was not anticipating waiting this long. People that arrived way after us got seen before us. He is a baby yet we waited for nearly 3 hours. I then told the receptionist I was leaving and only then a nurse said we will be called next. Eventually we went to the room after 8 and the doctor came Dr Kim and did a very flimsy exam and just said it can’t be allergies or anything because his eyes are not itching or red mind you his eyes are closed that’s how swollen they were. She said she would return. I waited for almost another 2 hours and still she didn’t come back nor did a nurse check up on us or take his bloods or bring medication nothing. I got up and took my son, we were there for almost 5 hours without food and proper care. This is disgusting service.
I have had such a bad experience with this company I purchased a new vehicle and car track approached me. I was keen on adding this to my car as also my insurance was requesting it. I purchased the car the Monday and had 7 days to install the tracker and submit my tracking certificate. The call center agent took all my details and was very eager to take my bank details. They then gave me a date to have my tracker installed. I confirmed my address and all was set. On the day before my apportionment i called in to confirm my appointment, all was wrll and i received tons of messages remindine of my appointment as well as that i will get an sms and house before the time the driver will be arriving. The Tim they gave was anytime between 09h00 and 16h00. On the day of the appointment i waited and waited and no one came toy house. By the time it was 16h00 i called in and spoke to an agent Kamo, she then asked to hold while ah tries to get hold of the technician, it wasn't it 5 seconds of holding when she informed me she is of getting hold of the tech. I don't know if ah just told me this to drop the line or what but clearly she didn't try to reach him My seven days are over that my insurance gave to have my certificate uploaded and a day later no one has ce to see me to fit my tracker. I am very busy and work i cannot afford to take Time off and wait for someone to come fit a tracker unannounced. This s unprofessional and poor planning from the company's side. I do not wish to do business with Car Track and would like all my arrangements with them terminated with immediate effect.
I went to the store on Sunday 1 December to return an item i purchased on the November which the store refused to return. On the 27 November i was at your Musgrave branch and purchased a few items from your kids collection. I was in durban for work purposes and when i returned to my him town on Friday, i saw the who was not fitting my son. I went back to the promenade branch to return the shoe, i asked and they did not have stock to which a requested a cash refund. The shoe was a cash purchase. The store manager asked for the receipt which a had however the tag was not on the shoe and this is why they declined my return. However according to the consumer act i have 31 days to return an item provided i have my slip and that the item is not damaged or worn. Mind you my son is 9 months has never worn the shoe in the 3 days i had it from when it was purchased. The shoe is too small therefore i had to return it. The store manager alluded that the shoe was worn and that is clearly not the case. This is unacceptable behavior and uninformed staff members should be be working in tho sector especially if they not clued up on legislation. Please have this corrected immediately
Horrible Service. I went to Mr Price Town Center in Mitchells plain. I saw this shoes(pumps) with a red sticker and the shoes were marked off for R30. I proceeded to buy two pairs because it was cheap. When i got to the tills the cashier told me that the item was not marked down and was infact R100. I informed the cashier and this is according to the Consumer Protection Act, the price i see is the price i should pay. According to the CPA 68 of 2008 the marketing on the item was misleading, as i customer i am suppose to get the item for free and the other items i should be getting it for the marked off price i saw. I could see the staff was not clued up on tho legislation, they when back and forth with me. I ended up leaving one pair of shoes because they said it was a pricing mistake
This is the worst service provider. I have logged multuple enquiries for someone to contact me about my fibre. The lines are so poorely installed. I work from home and my internet drops constantly. Can someone please help?????
Literally the worst experience with the call centre l. I have been asking since February 2024 for my account to be closed, every time the agent advise me they will log the closure and I will get an email that the account is closed. Its 2 months since I paid this account in full and still my account is not closed. The call centre agent put a note on my profile stating i do not want my account to be closed after i specifically asked her to close it, she even advised me to call after the 9 April because all statements would have ran already, today when i called 10 april, i found out the agent made a note saying I do not want my account closed!!!!!!!! Now they saying i shouldnt worry because there is a zero balance. Thats not the issue, i just want my account closed!!!
The worst experience. My fibre line has been off for 4 days. I can't get hold of this people on a phone line and the whatsapp agents are so useless not one of the 5 agents I spoke to can tell me what's wrong with my line. The worst ever
I just had the worst experience with mugg ad bean in irene village mall. We went to the restaurant for a quick breakfast. Upon receiving our drinks, we saw the biggest ****roach just floating in the drinks. I cannot begin to explain how disgusting this was. We hardly ate the breakfast because that roach was probably in the food as well. Yet they billed us for the full meal, the drinks was removed from the bill but when we got home we threw the food straight in the bin. I was a major fan of this restaurant but after my experience, I will never go back there again.
So I had a huge issue with Nandos. I wrote a review about them. Got horrible service. So they never ever even spoke to me to rectify the issue and today I get a message and I quote Your Nandos Customer Care case CAS-455396-Z5D4Z2 was resolved by Daphne Ramadumetjo. Regards, the Nandos Customer Care Team. This people legit never resolved the issue Please can we address this?????l
