If I could give 0 star rating I would. Bought 3 piece streetwise with chips meal from KFC Ormonde and what I received was a disaster. Received 3 pieces of baby chicken drumstick thigh and breast. All 3 pieces amounted to 1 standard chicken piece. This is really appalling to learn that KFC now serves baby chicken to customers at the price of whole chickens. Pathetic indeed
Pick n Pay Genesis... Never seen such tired,bored and morbid staff in a store of this nature. Cashier who assisted me was half sleep,I greeted her and she ddnt respond. She then decided on her own to sell to me a plastic...then after she had scanned it she asked me if I needed one. She called the supervisor to cm and void it as I said I don't want one,then to my surprise when the supervisor got to the till she did not greet. Birds of the same feather,then it made sense why the cashier did not greet me back. It's starts from the top. While the supervisor was busy voiding the cashier rested her elbow on the top and rated her face so to show her tiredness...she even had the decency to tell the supervisor I ddnt answer her when she asked if I needed a plastic...if I ddnt answer why was she there to void it? Well done ladies,you are doing a wonderful job this disgracing your stores reputation.
even a 1 star is way too much for the KFC in Dowerglen. My first time visiting the KFC Dowerglen and just say the service was bad. Was assisted by Juliet,so the slips says. I asked her what the crunch master consisted of and she just kept shut so I read it myself and asked if it was just he chips coke with the wrap and she said Mmmm.. I then asked her for a dunked all star box and she in return asked me if I'm paying cash or card as she only takes cash at her till. She couldn't answer me when I asked what is included in the crunch master but she knows how to be abrupt about where I should pay. She didn't even bother to ask what cold drink I wanted and she proceeded to give me what her heart desires. This is pathetic and unacceptable. First time experience and this is what I get. We have a country full of unemployed personnel who would appreciate this job and know how to treat people better
They don't even deserve a 2 star rating Went to the Romans pizza on grant avenue today and don't see myself going there again. First I went into the store only to find the ladies leaning and resting on the counter top...what a boring day for them. Then I got served my pizza...2 large pizzas and given 2 serviettes...like really. 2 large pizzas consisting of 16 slices of pizza and 2 serviettes...what a wow. I asked the lady who assisted me,slips say her name is Sandiswa Ngubane, if the serviettes are for sale so I could buy more and she told me they were instructed to give 2 serviettes for the 2 large pizzas...wow. Is Romans in Grant Avenue so petty ...I normally buy from Ormonde and the service there is up to scratch and I've never heard about the serviettes being 2 for 2 large pizzas. Then she told me that if I needed more I should ask after telling to keep the 2 that she gave me... This is really disgusting and I must say this store takes no pride in their work or how they present themselves to customers. Pathetic indeed
The Fishaways in Princess Crossing Shopping Centre doesn't even deserve a 1-star rating... I bought 3xmeals for my family on Friday 27/09/2024. I was not home and when I got home my family complained that the packaging was tampered with and all the food portions were not to scale. My mom counted the fries and found 7 or so fries in her meal. This is unacceptable and I feel that this is uncalled for. I called the store and Vuyani (The manager, so they say) didn't care to know what the problem was and was quick to tell me to send an email to Mark the owner of the franchise and also call the 0861 347 429 number which he took about 2 minutes looking for. I asked him if fishaways had no complaint email address and he said he did not know...A whole manager. I'm not surprised that the food delivered was tempered with, after having such leadership 1 couldn't expect better from this fishaways. I always buy from Ormonde and my family has never complained and they enjoy their food...I couldn't say the same about the princess crossing one. This time around I was not home - I ordered from the fishaways in Princess Crossing and got the food delivered to my mom's work, this fishaways was the closest to her work in Westgate mall but I regret it. She didn't even eat the food as she was disgusted that someone must have fiddled with her food...what a waste of money and time... I won't be buying from Princess Crossing...Pathetic indeed It's very disgusting and uncalled for.
This doesn't even deserve any star rating. I have written to the customer car and it's been 10 days with no feedback... I am displeased with the service being given at the USave in Kew. There are never cashiers at the tillpoints and one has to wait for more than 15 minutes in a queue only to pay for 1 item. There are hardly staff members available at the store and recently I was assisted by an unpleasant looking young lady, who looked as if she was very tired, not interested and angry to be there. She did not greet, nor offer a plastic bag. She looked very disgusted and unhappy - A very sore and unpleasant sight to see at a store. Why employ people who do not want to work? Why open a store in the township and only have 1 or 2 cashiers all day at the tillpoints? Does the store find pleasure in seeing people wait in queues for no reason? The store is situated in an Industrial area and most times when we leave work to go buy groceries at this store, it's during working hours and cannot be expected to wait more than 15 minutes in a queue because the store has insufficient and *********** staff. It doesn't mean that the store is in a township so the service should be so low and degraded...It doesn't work that way...This is purely taking advantage of customers' humanity and spitting right back in our faces as customers. This kind of attitude is uncalled for. There are no express tills and the staff is always packed at the kiosk counter yet will never offer to assist customers. This is a sore sight to see people who are employed behaving in this manner towards people who are in the store to buy for them to get paid...This store needs to train its staff and remind them that millions of people desperately need jobs and work 100 times harder. They are not even making an effort. Pathetic indeed. This store needs to improve its services...
Pedros Chicken - Norwood This store has the rudest and most mannerless cashiers. I went to the store on Friday the 25th to collect an order placed online and when I got to the till I greeted all 3 cashiers and none of them responded. I stood waiting to be assisted and eventually one of them attended to me with no greeting nor double checking with me if the order on their screen was correct. By the time I collected my food, it was prepared wrongly... It's as if coming to the store to buy is an annoyance to them. Dont see myself visiting this store again. Reported the matter via email to their branch as well as customer care and I did not get a response...pathetic service indeed.
Some stores will never improve, especially when they have rude,ill-mannered,self centered and arrogant supervisors and managers. So shoprite ethics and policies state that if a supervisor/manager is called to a till (to void wrong prices that are fed into the system incorrectly) should not greet customers. I have never been so impressed with the arrogance and lack of education from a store manager...not even sure if she's a store manager or supervisor as when I asked her if she was a supervisor she told me sort of...and when I asked the other employees thy said she's the manager I am appalled with the manner in which one elected as a leader at a worldwide brand store would behave in this manner. The manager/supervisor had the audacity to tell me she doesn't have to greet me after I greeted her and asked if she isnt supposed to greet customers when she comes to assist at the till... Itumeleng was the supervisor/manager who is super arrogant, self-centered and not clued up with customer relations. Well I couldn't let it slide as all reported incidents in south Africa turn out the same as reporting a ****** to the police. I handled it and if stores don't reprimand and teach their staff customer relations,customers will deal with them as their attitude stink and they belittle people. What a manner taught by shoprite to their staff to speak to customers. Many stores with such managers full of attitude and arrogance close down because people despise going to such stores that have ill-mannered staff.
This store doesn't even deserve a star rating. I have never in my life dealt with such ignorant and inhuman people. People need to learn how to appreciate the jobs they have but so far I've learnt that the people working in the food industry are I'll mannered while people who deserve these jobs are starving looking for work. Imagine the manager as he calls himself treating an old lady who is disabled like trash. People of this kind don't deserve to interact with human beings ...worst of all he has transferred his pathetic attitude to the staff at the store ...with ms ncobile ignoring my mom point blank while she is checking if the order was ready. I always tell people they are incorrect when they say black managed stores are are the most horrific and terrible stores...today this was proven to me and I will never buy pizza from this store that's dipped with ill mannered employees. This is a disgrace and a degrade to debonairs as a whole.
Went into the store and received terrible service from the ladies at the drive thru and the supervisor or management could not resolve the issue. We reported the issue to Busi at the store and never cared to know what happened. She instead sided with the wrong doings that the store people did. The service received here was pathetic and I need an intervention into this matter. I would like to be called and this matter restored amicably. This is a disgrace to the this store and I want this issue resolved in my presents. I am a manager where I work and I never take sides until I know what exactly is happening. Yonela the store manager tried to resolve the issue but madam Busi decided that she knew better than him. Appalling and pathetic service received at this store and I'm very disappointed The Savoy Nandos deserves a zero '0' not even a 1 rating
