We have 2 x HP OfficeJet Pro 9023's, but one of them we strictly print in black. Yet I have to buy a full set of colour cartridges in order to use this printer even though the default printing is set as Black only. We now got clever and when I try to print in Black and it says I can not continue untill I refill the Yellow / Magenta / Cyan, I take the used cartridge from the other machine and give the colour machine the full colour cartridge. Yet, twice in a row now the black printer starts with replace one colour, so I do and then it immediately says replace the next without having printed even one page! And guess what after I replaced that one it asked for the next - again without even printing one page! It did not even warn yet that, that colour was running low. To add insult to injury, the Yellow was low on the colour machine, but not yet warning that it was low, but putting it in the black machine it said it was depleted. It costs over R3,000 to buy a full set of XL cartridges and HP wastes a lot of ink with printer maintenance it seems - it didn't print any pages, but after the maintenance is done when inserting a cartridge, the ink is suddenly gone! I have photos as proof. I really feel HP should work on ink sensors at the price they charge for original ink. I would not recommend anyone to buy an HP printer if you predominantly print in black. I know it uses a bit of ink to keep the printhead from drying out, but I often insert a ½ full colour cartridge (that I never use), yet it is up within a month or three. That is not fair usage and costs a fortune! Not happy - I don't see any reason to continue buying original ink at the cost and waste of HP technology. HP you should be doing better in this technological advanced age.
I would like to write a review about Platinum Life The consultant was very friendly and resolved my query the 1st time.
KFC seems to make poor decisions lately regarding flavour. I used to struggle to choose what I want as I was spoilt for choice. Used to buy KFC every week now I am buying KFC less and less. I can not believe that there is now nothing on the menu that I like. First they took a away the Honey and Mustard dips , then a Hawaiian twister, then the Tangy sauce and now the Colonel burger has changed to a Brioche bun that comes with cheese - no choice - if you don't want cheese, you must still pay for it. I want extra sauce as I find their burgers dry (does not look like the picture - only one blob in the middle - nothing on the edges), and get charged R7 extra for 1 click sauce. So I said can you remove the cheese (cost R7) and replace it with a extra sauce (R7), but NO - you will pay the maximum cost - all advantage to the food giant's purse! KFC your brioche bun tastes horrible and disintegrates when it comes in contact with sauce - your old bun was great - why change it? Your new spicy sauce is just one note and I hate that spice - is it paprika? Really don't like it. Its seems all your products are now spicy or zingy themed - in other words HOT. Are you trying to be Nando's?
I find it very dissapointing that McDonald's is so greedy that one can not do a sauce swop. The McRoyale was replaced with the Quater Pounder Deluxe that now comes with mustard sauce and we requested a sauce swop - no deal! We removed the tomato slice and mustard sauce and they will still charge you an additional R6 if you request to replace it with a click of mayo. Thought this was ridiculous so even spoke to the manager at Mayville, Pta and it was just accross the board NO. They also said there is allready mayo on the burger, but I know their burgers - 25% is always dry as one click does not cover the entire burger like on the display - got the photo to prove it. I also tried the McChicken burger - was hard and dry - will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
We keep on getting multiple dropped calls from Homechoice - 0877595977 / 0875627165. I mailed them asking why the multiple dropped calls and got no apology. They only asked my nr to remove me from the list. Now it started up again from the 2nd nr. Wouldn't use this company with this ***** ethics.
I just want to give a shout-out to Steers Gezina (Pta) for great service and great food! Their burgers are really juicy and looks exactly like the display board. Very impressed - thank you!
Is it just me or is R6 for extra sauce daylight *******? A Chrunch Burger is R27.90 and to add extra sauce they charge R6.00 - just to make sure their burger is not dry which it usually is. So if we buy a few burgers and add extra sauce on all of them the price is more than an entire burger! I wrote to KFC as the sauce price jumped from R2 to R5 and now R6 in 2-3 months, but they did not even deign to answer me.
We recently experience regular hang-up calls at our business and after looking up the number on True Caller found it to be Foshini Debt Collectors. I called them to report to a manager that the staff was badly trained and it is harassment calling a company every day and then hanging up when they realize the person they are looking for did not answer. When asking for a manager I was told to speak to complaints, but could not tell me how to reach them as it is not an option on the main menu. Not impressed with the training of your staff.
Dear Bic, just wanted to say thank you for a good product with a reasonably fair price. My husband used to use another big name brand, but they got ridiculously expensive, so he decided to try the Bic Flex 4 razor. He was very impressed with the smooth shave and definitely will support your brand in future.
I am a member since 1997 with Medihelp. I consider them a professional and good Medical Aid. But after going to the GP the 1st time this year for extreme back pain I noticed the GP consulation and X-rays was paid out of my savings fund. After 27 years I don't bother to read the benefits changes from year to year any more - I trust my medical aid has got my best interest at heart. Now I see the Annual day-to-day benefits will only be given after depletion of savings account funds. WHAT!!!! So I pay an extremely high premium every month, but must first use my own savings to pay a GP? I am SHOCKED! It seems medical aids are now becoming like insurance companies with loopholes to avoid paying. I am not impressed with this new rule and thought it best to warn other members who just see provider paid and not from what fund it was paid from.
