absolutely incompetent useless service and people working there waiting 2 weeks for a delivery from jhb to alberton. after many calls and emails still nou delivery DO NOT USE THIS PATHETIC SERVICE when asked to speak to management they always in a meeting

PATHETIC SERVICE TRY NOT TO USE THEM
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC **** SERVICE . THE PARCEL IS STILL NOT DELIVERED YET WE PAY OVERNIGHT COURIER. 1-2 DAYS OVN. PARCEL WAS PICKED UP LATE. STILL NOT ON DELIVERY ROUTE. FALSE ADVERTISING I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER ALSO WANT REFUND ON THIS PATHETIC SERVICE

asking for ovn service but yeah waiting still for feedback absolutely don't do business with them again. pay for a service you don't receive . absolutely disgusting service the durban warehouse is a mess throwing boxes open parcels everywhere never in my life would i recommend this people never ever again and the amount of money you pay.

after days of fighting for my device yet i received a device that was a screen replacement and a battery for R4890 then courier my phone back to me with a BROKEN CAMERA hows that for service yet overcharging insurance companies. extremely bad service run away from them do not use them at all

absolutely disgusting service . absolutely disgusting service they take your money but when you claim they don't pay your claim amount they don't respond they will only respond we have escalated your concern and nothing happens typical run far away from them never use them
