I have been trying to cancel my wifi contract for over a week now. Every time I get through to cancellations department, THEY DROP MY CALL!!!! This is frustrating!!! CANCEL MY CONTRACT PLEASE
Vodacom is ****ming me. I am trying to cancel a vodacom contract which is expiring in June 15, the first consultant I spoke to said the last debit order will be on 30 June 2025, the second consultant said the last debit order will be on 30 July 2025 but I will only be paying for the airtime and not the device. The third consultant said the last debit order date will be 30 July and I will pay the whole instalment!! Clearly no one really knows why we cant cancel our contracts and when the last instalment should be. WHY AM I PAYING FOR JULY WHEN MY CONTRACTS EXPIRES ON 15 JUNE ???? What exactly am I being billed for in July??? NO ONE can provide answers to my questions.
I ordered two fridges on 12 April 2025, on the 15 April, only one fridge was delivered!!! I am now being sent from pillar to post regarding my missing fridge and no one knows where it is or when it will be delivered. I am appalled by this service and I have an event during Easter that needs this fridge. Makro is ****ming me! R3800!!! STAY AWAY FROM MAKRO ONLINE
I have noticed multiple credit enquiries from Standard Bank on my credit report. I alerted my banker and requested that she assists in finding out who made these enquiries as I did not give consent. 7 days later, she comes back with feedback and advised that "Standard bank will show on your credit report because it is you main bank"😳 I requested her to escalate the matter and today Standard Bank responded to say they dont know why there are so many credit enquiries on my report but they didnt make the enquiries and I must request information from the Experian and TransUnion. I am soooo disappointed at their service because I have 4 enquiries on my credit report from STANDARD BANK, which i did not give consent to but they are not willing to assist!!! Why are they not requesting informatiom from the credit bureaus? Why are they not willing to go above and beyond to clear their name if indeed they did not make these enquiries!!? Who are they protecting? I want these enquiries REMOVED from my report. It is Standard Bank's name that is appearing on these enquiries, Standard Bank MUST make sure these enquiries are removed from my report!!!! I am appalled by this service and I intend making noise about it in Social Media to warn people!!!!
I recently bought a TFG connect simcard and noticed I cannot send Smses to premium numbers. I called this morning only to be told that I cannot send Smses to premium numbers as the simcard doesn't support this. Why wasn't this disclosed!!? I bought this simcard to vote with it for a certain competition and now I can't and have R300 worth of airtime that I won't need anymore. WHY WAS THIS NOT DISCLOSED!!? WHY IS THIS HIDDEN FROM CUSTOMERS?? I'm sooo appalled by this!
I’m currently having a horrible experience with this company. It’s been 30 days and to date my company is still not registered! They keep saying there is backlog with CIPC but when I call CIPC they say there is no backlog. The calls go unanswered and now they ignore WhatsApp messages!
I was involved in a car accident during the Easter weekend, i lodged a claim that day and I was assigned Maggie Madolo as my Claims assistant. What a beautiful service I received from her!! She took me through the process and assisted me with any questions I had. Thank you so much Maggie and kudos to OUTsurance for employing employees with great customer service.
App**** in August 2023 and cancelled in September 12, however, I received a letter of demand stating I owe R9000??? For what!!? I never used the medical aid and my understanding is that medical aid schemes cancel your membership after non payment. What exactly am I paying for here? There is no answer from their staff and no one seems to know what exactly I am paying for as I cancelled the medical aid within 12 days!!!?

I purchased clothes online on the 11th June, the clothes only arrived on the 29th June!!! Worse, there werw missing items!!!! Out of the 11 items I purchases, only 4 were delivered!!! No one seems to know where my clothes are, the consultants are giving me the runarounds, it's always the same response "We are waiting for the Logistics company to tell us what happened" I asked for a refund but no one is entertaining me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
