It's been weeks of the owner Abdul not returning my deposit. He keeps saying tomorrow and when the next day comes he lies. He yesterday gave me a **** screenshot of proof of payment. Obviously the money didn't reflect and when I asked him to send me an official proof of payment he blocked my calls and WhatsApp. He said he was at mosque but he's shaming Muslims by ugly business practices.
We are a small business that uses Telkom landline and the phone has a fault so we’re not receiving calls. When an employee phoned to report this so we may have the phone changed and he was told that only the person that signed a contract can change the phone and that person is me. I’m currently not at the office and this means that we haven’t been contactable for the past week and I’m only returning next week. I’m so upset by this. I’m trying to call their customer service and have been holding for 30 minutes. This is so frustrating and this is why companies are opting for viop because Telkom charges are high yet the customer service is really disappointing

I’m supposed to do submissions for my course which I paid money for but king online is not communicating about a deliver that I paid for. I’m beyond disappointed by you. I’m starting to think that this is a ****.
A debit went off and when I called customer line I was told that a company that I'd never heard of debited and locked the debit and so fnb can't do anything about it. I had just deposited the money to keep it safe for emergencies. To be told that nothing can be done except for stopping debit next time and I'd have to contact the service provider really disappointed me. So this means that any company can go into our accounts and debit what the like. Is this how fnb treats clients and they call me their private client?
I wouldn't advice anyone to get a chery tiggo because our window was broken and they said we have to wait for 3 months to get the window. In the meantime our safety is compromised. I have children that I transport, now I'm limited in my traveling, infact I can't even go to a mall because I drive a car that has no window. Why sell cars that you don't have parts available for?
Uber eats is full of rubbish. Driver didn't deliver our food and then he says he left it outside our door when I'm standing at the gate.
The Malvern branch makes horrible pizza everytime. The staff is friendly but the pizza is so so so terrible. I don't know why you guys keep insisting on this?
OK so I go through a bad financial patch and I let Mr Price know. I make payment arrangements, I make payments and still commit. I get a call for the next payment date and before the next payment date I get an email that says account has been handed over? What rubbish is that?
We hired a car on the 19th and returned it on the 22nd of October and almost 3 weeks later when we enquire about the R5000 deposit that we were promised to be paid back within 3 days we are served with an invoice of R3987 which includes rate charge for car hire, additional driver fee which I'm surprised by because we paid for these and they don't give out a car unless you have paid for this. And then there's also a charge for extra kilometers while the was unlimited kilometer hire. but more then anything my question is why were we not informed of this up until we were the ones that made the enquiry? Their customer care lady Nonhlanhla Dhlomo keeps playing delay tactics to all of this and I would advice nobody to ever use Woodford.
