After hit n run I am 100% immobile and lost my income, I am disabled and can’t provide documents that they insist on to process my claim. I have no income, no caretaker, no assistance and I am bound to WhatsApp for all comms. My only doctor that does house calls sent my claim forms, and said that she confirms, that I am unable work and I am disabled. I have been suffering loss of income and can’t afford assisted care. I am businessman who have lost my ability to take care of myself and I am so depressed that I just want to die. Several thousand additional documents thrown into the works to consider my claim, whilst I am starving to death and losing all my assets and cars and valuables, I don’t even know the names of most of my treating team, and they rotate. The syncope has been keeping me firmly in bed for almost a year now. Savings exhausted and I am scared I will be found dead in my bed due to malnutrition. I’m buried in bureaucracy and more post-sales barriers.
During my dealings with this law firm, it has become evident that they are not strong contenders for upholding the LPC’s code of conduct. They are making blatant misquotation of email communications and have processed unrelated parties personal information which is a gross violation of the POPIA, and a ******** offence. They malign their opposition, mislead the courts and make statements in sworn affidavits that is a complete fabrication of the truth. I am in shock as they overreach they apply for fatally flawed orders, with several interlocutors to correct their defective orders, but have been so blind that nothing was remedied and they have an interim order that is unenforceable. They were reported fo the LPC and was of such gravity that the LPC is now taking disciplinary action against them and I would NOT ever be recommending that you put your trust in these grossly irresponsible and *********** not to mention ********* legal reps.
They are ********s who commit ***** and ***** from their customers to keep their shareholders happy and lie to them about their claim settlement ratios. I have a case number and investigation by the DPCI: SCCI of the SAPS opened to arrest their Chief Commercial Officer, Quentin Mark Matthew and also loss assessors Claimsguard and the director Jakob**** Bezuidenhout for interfering with the course of justice. I’m glad they cancelled my policy because I am laughing all the way to the FSCA who will be revoking their operating license by order of the Supreme Court. Yay! No more thieving insurance losers!
I booked my 16” MBP in due to the display starting to blur slightly. The MBP has never been immersed in wtr nor did I ever spill anything of any kind on the it, whilst running or with lid closed. Booked in under warranty for repair at iStore, they sent me photos of device drenched in liquid. Find it very difficult to believe they are not responsible, blaming me, unacceptable + I’ve told lawyers 2 lodge malicious damage claim in the High Court! They refuse to send the intake photos and report, and also, the quote to repair went from R32k to R54k a week later. This machine was never exposed to any liquid whilst in my care and working fine with a dodgey display. Now suddenly I am being accused of drowning the damn thing, and it is a lie! The diagnostic reports that indicate how the MBP has sustained an additional R22k’s worth of dmg in their care. ASBIS got my business because the iStore and Core Group will never see a dime from me again. They must get out of SA. We’re going to get a dflt jdgmt agnst Core.
They have not given me proper feedback, nor have they adhere to the PPR and TCF framework that bind them in assessing my claim. They got my ******** record without my consent and I have to report them to the IR and NFSO now to try and get my claim processed and settled and to hold them ********ly liable for breaking the regulations of POPIA. Their service is awful and they are just *****s in disguise! Don’t ever go use these people for insurance!! They are terrible
These rat*******s listed me on the SAFPS database without reason as I did not commit application ***** or any ***** for that matter. It has been a week and I have still not received a response from their supposed forensic idiots. I’m officially taking legal action against them and lodging a hefty damages claim against them. My mission is now to destroy them like they have destroyed me by disseminating that I’m a *****ster and refusal to cooperate in the removal of my name or even providing reasons for doing so. I hope they burn in hell because they are the most useless bunch of runts on the face of the planet. I’m so sick of dealing with these half loaf people that I could vomit! I hope they get what is coming their way and I will destroy their good name as they have ********ly destroyed mine. Sit tight, your day is coming a-holes!
They ********ly listed me as a *****ster, and when disputed said their member companies have credible evidence that proved it was me. When requesting this credible evidence, I was blankly ignored. I have since employed the services of a personal investigator and they are blatantly lying, as we knew they were, about this apparent evidence as I was not in the country when the crime was committed and they claim they have video footage. I hope the SAFPS burns in hell for all eternity once we get them for breaking laws and denying our constitutional rights to presumption of innocence!!
They have listed me as ‘n *****ster on two occasions and apparently have video footage of me doing the dirty, but they’re so stupid because I was not in South Africa in the year that they claim this happened. They refuse to remove my name from the list and they are ruining my entire financial situation and stability because I cannot get credit for anything due to the listings. I am opening a case of ******** defamation against them and they will have to explain why they don’t have to adhere to all other laws in our country!
I was dealing with Layla who was really patient with me, as I wasn’t convinced that this was legitimate. She communicated with me via WhatsApp for about 2 weeks to have everything sorted out and my vehicle refinanced! It really was such a pleasure dealing with her and she remained professional and supportive throughout the process. Brilliant customer service and amazing service desk staff that are always willing to help. I bless Layla and all the people from Autofin Assist for making the impossible possible! Stay away! FAR AWAY! These guys deal in stolen goods! It is confirmed by more than one person thus far, just go check Google Reviews too! A case of theft of nearly R50,000 has just been opened against the founder of this horrible place and I hope he gets prosecuted because he is ARROGANT and has no idea how to function as a member of an honest SME community. My colleague will be reporting their illicit trade to the CIPC and if they do not fix their own mistakes soon, their founder may be sentenced to prison as a case of theft is open against him, pending the outcome of negotiations after he engaged in illegally paying a thief and not the owner of the hardware. iStore has assured that the devices will all be blacklisted and the SAPS will be tracking it to catch them trading in stolen goods. So now we can only hope common sense prevails and the disgusting founder does what is right.
