Shocking service delivery for a company that claims to create value for its customers. I opened a Game Store account and experienced bad service in-store from day one. Therefore, I app**** for payments to come off my bank account monthly via debit order and was assured that it was set up, only to get an email this month that I did not make payment and was penalized. This will also reflect negatively on my credit score. How is this creating value for me?????
I don't care about whatever excuses, but waiting almost 2 months for delivery in today's day and age is simply unacceptable and DH hell.
Bad experience at your Game store in Century City... Lack of management. Staff on phones and ignore customers. They say they open at 9 am on a Sunday. I arrived at 9:15 only to be told that I couldn't be assisted as the staff responsible for opening accounts either come in at 10, 11, or 12 am. I left and my entire experience in the shopping centre was spoiled.
I pay R900 a month for the slowest internet ever.
I bought the Garmin Forerunner 165 as I could not afford the 165 Music at the Total Sports branch in Canal Walk. Two days later I managed to get a sponsor as they wanted to help me with necessities for the Comrades. I tried to go back to ask if I could upgrade to the 165 Music and pay in the extra R1k but was told "NO". Something about the watch already programmed.. No mercy, even for a long standing client.

Great service! From when I walked into the Vangate Mall branch, Eljoritha gave me a friendly greeting and was eager to assist. Not only did she attend to my need but she also pointed me in the right direction to obtain further assistance. I was then assisted by Genine, who was very helpful and very patient with me. She assisted me through the entire process and made sure that I understood everything and that all my queries were answered. Thank you to both and FNB for making banking seamless.
I can't access on my laptop... platform not supported... It is not SuperSport but only certain Premier League game... so sorry for fans whose teams are not always in the spotlight. You pay for the movies and series extra... so with final amount then it is probably better to stick to DSTV.
Really disappointed with the product. Vivomove sport. No GPS. does show pace whilst running. Incorrect distance whilst running. Icons are so small, that you need a telescope to see them. You can't see the arms on the watch when dark. You need to have your phone with you to use the phone's GPS so what is the point? I thought the point of a wrist watch is so you don't have to run with your phone to record or maybe I am wrong>>>
Very disappointed with the service in general. I chose the basic cheap platform and felt frowned upon and the registration was made to be so painstaking to almost force me to opt for the premium option. The Garmin watch as part of the package is disappointing as well. It has no built-in GPS and you can barely see the icons on the screen. What is the point of having no GPS.. the whole idea was for me not to have to run with my phone and now I need to have the phone with me as the Garmin connects to the phone's GPS. I also don't know how to get in contact with anyone with regards to returning the watch as my Galaxy Samsung watch is much better anyway.
