One of the worst groups out, rotten from the top downwards, whether it is Builders Warehouse, Game, or Makro. There is "let's give the worst service possible," "I don't care," let's point customers to random Isles and people only to be pointed otherwise. I have not experienced Walmart yet, but if it is like the rest, you won't see me there. Support other companies first and use this as a last resort. God forbid you have to return a defective tem. # months later and 40 emails & phone calls and referrals and escalations again "I don't care attitude," and with some miracle, it may be finally passed. I implore people not to support them at all.
AMAZING SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. IT WILL BE ON MY LIST OF FAVOURITES ON GO TO COMPANIES. BETTER PRICED AND FAR BETTER SERVICE THAN MAKRO AND TAKE A LOT. TECH GUY/EVETECH AND AMAZON SA ARE MORE FIRST CHOICES BEFORE LOOKING AT OTHERS
Amazing service and a no-hassle return if sent back. Now become my first place to shop before looking at others. Pity their range is not as good as Take a lot (whose returns I would rate poor) and Makro (whose returns are beyond pathetic)
I bought a product and arrived with a piece missing. Logged a return within 24 hours. Despite this and numerous phone calls and emails nothing happened. I will never be buying from them again and be deleting their App. It is a beaureacacy and you get shoved from one person to another with tones of promises and no action !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The ASAP ordering online system and delivery works well. Ironically the part that really sucks is customer support. I ordered a special unsweetened cappuccino special for a diabetic person and as per their terms, no alternatives were allowable in there system. Only to fined the "reduced sugar" was supp**** and was not my order. I really dealt with the worst of the worst who was Zandile Mafalala who first response an alternative was sent which I did not want and was no allowable by there system. The 2nd response was they would refund be less than 50%. Again I refused this and asked them to collect it and refund me the full amount or swop the product for the correct one. Finall a high level "Eskom take it or leave it" approach was done by Zandile or bring it back to the shop for a refund or loose. I explained I was a pharmacist who could not leave my position and there was unable to take back the product to the store. In anycase it was there mistake they must fix it. Out of principle I escalated the matter over 3 days and 3 phone calls finally to get it resolved by Saajidah Salie. Is the really how PNP ASAP want to represent themselves -;' BUY FROM US AND AFTER THAT WE DON'T CARE" I have shared my experience with my whole office and I unfortunately convinced them to go PNP rather than the 60/60 route due to the good service. Next time I will be going onto social media to air my bad experience. I hope a director responds to this but I doubt customer care will even bother

What professional fantastic service. I was hesitant at first and usually opted for a trusted competitor even if it was slightly more expensive. However, with hesitancy after other people's reviews, I did the leap and was blown away by their professionalism and good service. Complete online tracking door to door. JHB to George in under 2 days. I certainly will make it part of my mainstream buying in the future

This is rated by a person who has stayed in 3 European countries for over 20 years and I rate her on the best I experienced in Europe and USA
It must be the worst-run estate ever known. Despite raising maintenance issues it takes them an average of 6 months to fix it if at all. The other alternative is to present it as a new incident 6 months later. If I paid my rent the way they ran their business they would be over me like a rash. Absolutely disgusted
Thanks to Tokollo Mokoena /Zanele Mqwathi/Masake Lesesa/ Winnie Mothwa/ Pfano Nemangaya / Mikateko for the worst possible service - worse than a governmental department - that says a lot -. 3 days on the phone which takes about 40 minutes a day and various e-mails - also copied to Jimmy and Paul - to redirect a parcel - still has not happened. Their answer is merely to bounce e-mails to each other and in the meantime, nothing happened and time is wasted on a Christmas parcel - so frustrated and no directors are ever available
