Good day Id like to log a complaint of ****** from Shaka staff member. A black security guard at the enterance of the ticket area on 17/05/2025 between 3pm and 3:30 pm treated my family and I with disrespect. My baby who turned one and celebrated at ushaka on the day, was eating a chicken nugget, apart from the nuggets there was no other food items. He told us we cannot take that in, I asked if I could put it away and we wouldn’t feed the baby inside, he said no. Upon waiting outside and feeding the baby, another black guy with a bag and food walked in, no questions asked. I went back and asked the security guard for his name, he raised his voice and asked me what I wanted it for, I mentioned that I wanted to complain about his unfair treatment towards us, he began to scream at us, saying we want to hide the food inside and that he doesn’t need to give us any information regarding his name. He continued to point his finger at us and scream. Another lady was with him, told us it was okay to go in, she said not to worry about him, upon leaving , when he saw us walk pass he laughed and spoke in Zulu. Is this the type of treatment that ushaka now gives??? ****** treatment because we are Indian?? Planning to spend my child’s birthday at ushaka became the worst decision we made. Paid our money for nothing.
Unhappy with the quality of food received. Bunny bread was stale , and the dhall for the breyani was spoiled. Upon calling the manager to check the food, he said that’s the range of bread they have to use. He admitted that the dhall was “going off” . He then asked what he must do about it. As a customer, my opinion is that he should have a solution to the problem and not ask the customer to find a solution. He then began to say he isn’t feeling well and that’s why he asked what we wanted him to do about it. Customer service was not given.
I just visited your Umzinto branch and got horrible service. Waited in line to be rudely told there’s no chicken, and I asked what else was available, and asked for her name as she was blocking her name badge, she then began to ask for what I wanted her name and held till slips against it to ensure it wasn’t visible. Then she proceeded to call the manager on site who said he forgot to order chicken and walked away to the back, he then began to speak at the back, and pointed his fingers at us from there as he continued to speak about us. This is honestly the most terrible service we’ve received. As we walked outside in disgust, another person mentioned to us that everyone says the manager is rude. So it seems like it’s a normal thing to treat customers unfairly and rudely.
Made a purchase online and both items were incorrect, when I called to query it, I was told that they will arrange collection and supply the correct items in the next two days and they dropped the call without getting any information, when I called back, I asked them to check if they had stock as I remember that the one I added to cart was the the last one, then I was told there’s no stock. I asked to speak to someone higher, I spoke to Megan who had terrible attitude telling me “the system does that from time to time” whereby it glitches and items get mixed she also said “well it’s technology” when I told her I was not happy with a response like that and it’s no excuse, she laughed, then quickly stopped when I said it’s not a laughing matter. This service is pathetic there isn’t any customer service, she was not helpful and simply stuck with saying it’s the system. I will never buy from them again neither do I encourage anyone else to.
Pathetic service at KFC Park Rynie. Workers are rude. None of them had name badges, when I asked one lady for her name she ignored me, I assume this was the manager. I ordered online. When I tried to check it, it said order number invalid or order has already been checked in. I got there and was told my order came up as ignored and that I must sit and wait for 10 minutes as the burgers are not ready. While waiting, i asked i could buy ice cream, i was told there's no ice cream. After 15 minutes I was told that there is no buns for two of the burgers and that I must take a twister instead. Then we were told we must take crunch burgers. While waiting, another customer came in and bought ice cream. At 9:31pm , I was waiting from 9. When I enquired about there being no ice cream, with attitude I was told it wasn't working when I asked. I was not even offered to purchase thereafter. I'm disgusted with the rude people that work there, that behave as if they're doing me a favor. Their attitudes are pathetic. There is no proper service given.
Viewed a product on the app, for one price, get to be store and it’s priced higher, it was not a promotional price nor was it an online only price. According to manager on site at the scottburgh mall branch, Phiwe, simply said prices are different online and in store. This is not acceptable as there is nothing that states this on the product on the clicks app. The only reason I went to the store to purchase was because I did not want to wait the delivery period. This is false adverti*****t!
Most pathetic network providers ever ! I had a contract which ended December 2020, I had called a month prior to this to ensure that my last debit would be December, in January I got debited again, I called and was told they will cancel, I sent numerous emails to customer service with no response till date, February came and I was debited again, I proceeded to cancel and reverse the debit order with my bank, this then affected my credit rating, as it had unpaid debits, I called again and sent emails, with no help at all. I then sent messages on Instagram to vodacom in July , and I kept being told that they will sort it out, it’s now November and I still don’t have any proper help, my credit is still affected, this affects my ability to purchase a home. I’m honestly disappointed and disgusted with their customer service. I will not recommend vodacom to anyone!
Amazing service! I purchased 5 curtain rod sets. The lady who assisted me via WhatsApp was so helpful and patient with me. My goods were delivered way sooner than I expected and the quality is amazing. Affordable and good quality
Their online store is the worst! First they send me linen instead of an air fryer, that return was done, only for the them to send me the wrong color of the air fryer! Their service is questionable! They don’t send much communication with regards to their error nor do they send an apology email, their response time on emails is pathetic. I’m so disappointed with their service that I’d never want to purchase from them ever again.
