I bought a home internet and paid upfront, till to date haven't used the home internet because everytime I get a consultant it's a different story, telling me about 24hours, do a self Rica, etc. Still no internet. They are quick to ask for money upfront but service dololo.
Shopping online is the biggest headache ever , even the what's app chart keep on transferring from one person to another . Was charting with a Lady named Lucia , we didn't finish our conversation but transfer me to menu . What is it so hard to deliver what i bought ?
I asked them to cancel my subscription which they agreed , but now they keep on adding amounts every months and the people that assisting me via (Sam & Leila) keep on transferring me to each other and it's annoying . They will send a text saying the understand my frustration while they keep frustrating me .
***** case was opened and you have to keep on calling asking for feedback . They are busy calling me with an outstanding amount while it's still under investigation . They promise to give you feedback within 48 hours , and they wont bother to contact you until you call them again .
Went to standard bank Golden Walk Mall(Germiston) for collection and it was 8:30 am , after realizing the people they were behind me left all of them .I went in front (reception) only to be told collection system is not working and that time is 09:30 am . Why was i not being notified from the moment i register that their system is not working , only to waste an hour for nothing mind you was suppose to be at work that time . I'm so disappointed with their staff .
Their warranty service is poor , even the people(DEALERSHIP) they are working with don't know why they delay to give feedback if they approve a claim or decline . It's been a month now my car on their dealership , they keep on doing assessment over and over while taking their premiums is easy , but when it becomes to honoring the claim is a hustle .
Since May 2025 complaining about network problem and they promised to send a technician which they didn't send and i stopped paying . MY HOME WIFI doesn't work at all when i miss their premiums , but they came back saying i owe them R2360 . While since the month of May complaining about their billing , and every time they telling me they are escalating the matter .
Their system always off from time to time and no one is willing to assist .
Customer service is a poor and consultants hang up phone while still talking .
They say i didn't cancel my contract properly while i did call in cancel and i gave them a 30 days notice , the called Lucia was so rude ended up hanging up the phone .
