I have subscribed with the company and was advised to install an app,i have been unable to use the app and have sent numerous messages and im not answered
Oh what a bad experience The hospital is now a place of horror,one bathroom 37 parents.....i believe we are paying parents it doesnt make sense to walk miles and leave a bathroom where your baby is at just to bath or even use bathrooms next to the lift to relieve yourself.....to the manager go sit and plan properly because i think in future you will be losing a lot of clients.The place is hell we sleep at 9 and must be awake at 5 ,what if the baby only sleeps during the day....allow us to suggest plans that might work for both parents n management
I paid up my acc in june and my name is still on the credit berau.My life is stuck,i cannot buy myself a house or anything .Please assist
I have been contacted by the company with regards to my netstar acc and i received an sms confirming where to pay,after sending or spying the money im told the account number i paid to is not the same as theirs ,now im irritated by them as i really wish to know if they sending acc numbers which are not corresponding whose problem is it.
i paid up /settled my cell c account through this company on the 23rd of May 2024 .I was promised a paid up letter and now cell c has handed me over to another company nimble which also refuses to assist me with getting the correct information from these ones above.The service i get is ****ed up and im really tired of these calls,im unable to buy on credit because of these two companies
On the 9th of May i received a message for my policy AL********X9 to send them documents for cashback.After the message i emailed and have never received any communication since then,my question is how does the company work and if they are bot able to assist why bother us with these things.Im not happy with the service
In the 20th of December 2021 I received an sms saying I will be getting cash back in 3 working days from my old mutual premiums for not claiming. However it never happened I went to a branch and was told to submit a bank statement as the money was returned because my old mutual acc is no longer in use. I howe9 received an email claimi9 money was paid in some acc I do not even know on the 17th of December 2021.i again went back to branch to check what happened since in my statement there is no money, I was told it has not been authorized. My concern is I feel some sort of dishonesty and have not been contacted by anyone since I went to the branch a week ago...
The company promises to give out the R500 but make it impossible to claim the amount if they can't beat the current insurance company an individual has... My problem is why promise and make it hard to claim... And why not do the claim on a persons behalf... Clearly you call us and make empty promises... I'm bored and ask to please not to be bothered by the company ever again
