*****ing money off clients
Beware of Vodacom. They STOLE R100.88 off me and refuse o refund me. They were supposed to debit my account with R448.99 but instead the stole additional R100,88 by deducting R549,75. I will publish this statement I 9798931 on a social media page to show people how "honest" and greedy vodacom is when they ***** your money/ I suspected ***** on my account last month and therefore the bank put a hold on my account so I made a payment an in store payment at Vodashop in Clearwater mall last month.. Because of the in store payment I made last month Vodacom decided to ***** an additional R 100 rand off me this month as punishment for making an in store payment BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM VODA****.......they stole my money. They will do anything to **** and ***** money off clients. I will terminate my service with them and instruct them to remove their fibre cable from my property or ill cut it off myself. I don't deal with *******

Beware Amazon South Africa **** people by sending cheap **** copies instead of the products ordered. I ordered a Acer laptop power supply/charger SKU Acer 19V-3,42A order ID408-7133948--765931 from Amazon. The specs and model is clearly indicated on their online order page. Two days later a **** GENERIC LOW QUALITY product with incorrect specs was delivered. I ordered the correct item, Amazon sent me the **** item, but now Amazon wants me to cover the courier fees for returning the **** ******* they sent me. I now have a generic **** product that is of no use to me. Amazon know people wont return the **** items when they must pay for he return shipping thus Amazon is running a ****. beware, Stay away from Amazon, rather order from Temu or Aliexpress at least they don't **** you.

AVOID MTN Fibre
Don't bother trying to get mtn fibre. They are useless. I app**** or home fibre and I was sent a conformation code SSL 04136163. When I finally inquired about the installation date I was informed there is a fibre installation at my address. This is an utter lie. I stayed at this address since 1994 and there NEVER was any fibre installations. I get no response from sending E-mails to the person that I dealt with, Zandile Phetra. I get NO response for trying to phone them. I get NO SERVICE out of MTN. Their phone line 083 123 4273 is a ****. I spent 0ver 46 minutes this morning listening to their loop recording informing informing you to hang on. I now assume MTN is not interested in providing me with fibre and cancelled the service from their side. STAY AWAY FROM MTN

Animal died in care of SPCA
On 21 December 24 we adopted a little doggie from Randburg SPCA. I begged them several times to release the doggie before the Christmas holidays. Everytime they gave me the cold shoulder or an excuse. I told them that doggie can not stay in their kennels over New year as they are very sensitive to fireworks. I begged them to give me the doggie before new years eve. On monday they toll me the spca inspector will inspect my property on Tuesday. As expected they didnt. I adopted from Randburg spca but Roodepoort is supposed to do the property inspection. 12 days later this inspection was still not done with spca branches just passing the buck. Upon inquiring today 2 December, 12 days after the adoption process started on when I can collect the doggie I found out the doggie died in its kennel, possibly the result of fireworks. It appears as if it was only found on the 2nd If January. Im convinced no one checked or fed the animals yesterday ( new years day) as it was a public holiday. This suffering and cruel death of the animal could have been prevented if red tape and berocraccy coupled with a dont care attitude didn't stand in the way of homing an animal. The death and suffering of this poor animal was so unnecessary if co operation between Randburg and Roodepoort existed I

No Sevice from telkom
For over 5 months now telkom can not get my home phone in Roodepoort to work. Ive been to several telkom shops and their lazy staff is just not interested in sorting out the problem. They only try to pass you off to someone else. You get sent from one shop to another. Staff leaves the shop counter to go "on lunch" whilst you trying to report your phone to her. .....they just walk out not saying anything leaving you standing at the counter. They've given me every excuse under the sun including cable theft when it is(was) a prepaid FLLA wireless phone. I'm closer than 800 meters from their mast so i didn't fall for their out of coverage area excuse as the phone worked perfectly or several years before. I was even instructed to buy a new instrument but still no luck. For some reason they seem to have disconnected me without my approval on knowledge. I will go out of my way to discourage anyone to sigh up for any deal with telkom including Fibre, Data, 5G, data, or LTE. Stay away from telkom

Cant get my landline to work
For over 3 months now Telkom is not able to get my home landline working. Everytime I go to the outlet in Clearwater mall they come up with another lame excuse. They even had me purchase a new instrument/ handset and its still not working. Can someone at Telkom please get my phone working again. Nic 082 4900938

Staff not interested.
I recently needed to buy a Android Tablet. The sales woman at Game will only show me a picture on a pamphlet. She wont demonstrate one to you, she won't even show you one. I wanted to listen to the sound volume as I need one with a reasonable audio level. Their sales personnel is not willing to demonstrate anything to customers. They prefer to sit on their ar** and chat to their friends.

Bad attitude
I recently changed my banking card that expired. The bank account did not change, I was just issued a new card. None of my other debit orders were effected by it. For some reason Rain couldn't do the debit order but without informing me they just suspended my service. It is just good practice to contact a subscriber and inform him of any payment problems and not just to suspend his service.

Poor service
I tried to get unlimited LTE from Axxess but they do not seem interested. They just kept on sending screen dumps of their website for any information I requested. The information I require is not on the website. Seems they are not interested in me as a customer I wanted to know a few finer details but their agents doesnt seem interested.

MTN opens *****ulent accounts
Beware!!!! Stay away from MTN. !!! MTN allows unknown people to open accounts in your name. They let some unknown person open 3 accounts in my wifes name. They are useless. They dont know how to stop those accounts. Those **** numbers/ accounts stays attached to your name. Closing your bank account is the only way to stop them deducting money from your bank account for the false contracts but the **** contracts they opened stays in your name. They cant/ dont know/ dont want to remove it. Their clearwater branch is useless. They cant do anything about it. Be warned. Stay away from MTN Stay away from giving MTN any banking details. Do not open accounts with MTN
