Ubereats is the worst delivery service to exist. My entire order didn’t come and I had to still pay. Didn’t receive drinks I still had to pay. Terrible service. Cancelling my uber one subscription. Don’t use this company
Rude and unfriendly staff at Carlton Melrose. They didn’t even offer coffee. I had an appointment. I was definitely not given the same treatment as other clients. I had to ask to see my stylist . Generally a stylist will come greet and offer you something to drink. I will never go back there. *********** staff. I ended up going to studio 9. They were much friendlier
Worst courier company. I am trying to find out about my delivery which was supposed to come last week. Still no delivery. They don’t respond to calls, emails or WhatsApp. Don’t use this courier company if you want terrible service.
Fnb ***** department is the worst. I called last week to log a *****. They didn’t provide any reference number. I tried to contact them again a week later and they told me no ***** case was logged. My card is temporarily blocked and I’m disappointed with this service. Pathetic. Don’t use FNB. Rather move to a bank who cares.
There’s never any chocolate ice cream. It’s always finished . Why bother selling it. We are in summer holidays and this is the service we get. Pathetic
Pathetic service. I had a leaking toilet which flooded my bathroom. I was told they would come at 8:30 the next morning. I called several times. I was told that a plumber was busy with a blocked shower drain and that he would come after. It took them over 2.5 hours. I eventually had to cancel my service. I will not pay anything. I am expecting management to call me. This is the worst service I’ve received in my life.
Poor customer feedback. I had requested a price match with Telkom from the Vodacom Sandton store. I was advised that Vodacom is a superior service and that they wont even bother with Telkom. This is a pathetic excuse. I then called the Vodacom line and they said they would assist me but no one called me back. I was considering getting a fiber line but now I won’t waste my time. I just need to cancel my contract. I needed to move it to my name but no one was helpful. When you go to the store they don’t bother helping. I am going to move to telkom due to this poor service. I just need to cancel my contract.
