Utterly disgusting service

settlement letter received however the reference number is not paying when trying to process it indicates account number is incorrect. Tried calling your call centre with no assistance whatsoever

When it suits you, what horrible practice

Good day I am under debt review and have been trying to contact African bank on what discount settlements are available however no way forward as mid call it get cuts I managed to get hold of someone who said only one account is available for a settlement discount of 20 percent however last year you were offering almost 40 to 50 percent discounts Why is it when we trying to settle accounts you do this ? I even said to the person that what's the point of receiving 100 a month for the next I don't know how many years when we could reach a possible solution African bank really ?

hard and stringy chicken

I went to nandos at the leaping frog last night and I ordered 2 x breast pieces one with peri tato and one with chips mild extra basting i paid at the drive thru and proceeded to collect after which they informed me that breast portions are finished they can offer me leg portions or I can wait 7 minutes for the breasts, I opted to wait, I received my order and went home as soon as we got home we opened the bag and commenced eating the chicken didnt seem like it was made now as it was hard and of a stringy nature. Nandos I am disappointed as I am a regular

How can we keep you as a customer but give you ridiculous zero percent service?

I submitted two requests for unauthorized debits almost two weeks ago no follow up was done instead I am told it was refunded but it it not the case. Can someone urgently look in to this as this is quite disturbing that you cant help customers.
