False advertising. Checkers advertised tomoto and onion mix 4 for R20.00. I went to Cornubia and Gateway and they don't have the special. When I queried with customer care,the response I got was the special is not available at Cornubia. The online advert doesn't stipulate stores that are exempted.. specials should be at all stores. I have a screenshot of the advert. Very poor service. And not a good email response from their customer service.
This is the worst supermarket in Phoenix. Shelves are empty. No stocks. Fruits on the shelf fit to be in the dustbin. Also very limited staff. Sometimes we got to wait to be assisted, as the same staff work in the bakery and vegetable department. Management was arrogant with a customer who complained on a local WhatsApp group. That's very poor customer service.
This is the slowest and worst courier service. My Temu order has been sitting in South bay Durban for the past three days and haven't been delivered to me in Durban.. The item was courier faster From overseas than here in South Africa. This is the most useless courier service.
Fastway have no customer service. Phone rings no answer. WhatsApp agents takes hours to respond. Sometimes no response at all. Like today it's gone over 6 hours and no response on WhatsApp. Parcel was due to be delivered today and it's almost 16:00 no delivery. Very poor service.
No fibre network in Trenance manor, Phoenix for about a week. All that webafrica bot says that coverage is down and Vumatel is working on it. No agents to help on the WhatsApp platform. We need to be reimbursed for the loss of coverage. Very poor customer service.

In August 2023 a drunk driver knocked into my mum's home and all details of the driver was given to outsurance and outsurance paid the claim. However this month the premium increased from R836.00 to R1200. My mum is now deceased. This is a massive increase. As outsurance had all the details of the drunk driver he was responsible for the payment and not increase a late deceased policy premium. Is it possible to increase a deceased estate house insurance premium? This is a Rio off.
It's long over a month I handed my Sinotec led TV at Makro which is under warranty. According to Makro the TV is still sinotec.i amsi sent a review to Makro and not much has been done just apologies. Such poor service from Makro and Sinotec.
Makro warranty waiting period. Why customers have to wait six weeks for warranty products ti be repaired. My TV was sent for repair and now I have to wait six weeks for it to be repaired. Will makro add six weeks extra on the warranty? I don't think so. And we purchase products to be reliable and working no t so long waiting period. If the waiting period is so long ,the product should be replaced or refunded. This is poor customer service from such a large company. Smaller retailers actually loan customers products like TV while their TV is sent for repair.
Game store False advertising. I went into Game store a day after they advertised the logic fan heater for R139.00 . According to a staff member they did not receive stocks and there's no stocks in their warehouse. I have contacted their customer care only to hear apologies and they cannot get stocks to their Gateway branch. This is false advertising and poor customer service.
