Refund
I have canceled my order yesterday right after I have made the order. Now I must wait for up to 4 days for my refund. That is totally unacceptable. I want my refund because I want to order something else from them. See to it that you can't exchange one item for another.

I app**** for a loan but get declined every time. I use to take out loans with them before and had they no issues to giving me a loan. Now they have a issue giving me a loan. Everytime I took a loan out with them it was paid in full.

Money
Taking money on the 9th of September after they where suppose to take it the first. They then told me I currently paying R261 for my box. But they took R413 from me almost dubble this month. Unacceptable.

Parcel
I am currently experiencing difficulty with Atisa Khumo trading as fastway couriers in Witbank. They where suppose to pick up a parcel for me from Diamond Ceramic Haven in Bapsfontein. The owner of Diamond ceramic haven told me yesterday that he gave everything through to Neo and did not hear from them since not even a call. This is totally unacceptable as I paid R200 to get the parcel. No no I am not going to stand for this. I am not going to loose R200 because of their incompetence. I want my parcel.

Deducting money
Good day Show time Finance keeps on deducting money from my account. I applied for a loan and never got it. I have send numeris e-mails to there billing department telling them I don't want them to deduce R299 from my account anymore. They just ignore you and keep on doing it. I have had with them I am going to open a fraud case against them. Can someone please help me with a telephone number for them. Enough is enough now.
