GFS Express Courier service and Temu absolutely useless, know when GFS is involved with your package it will be delayed broken or not arrive at all , they update system saying wrong address delivery failed nothing wrong with the address 100% correct , Order was split by Temu one shipment done by skynet to the same address no issues but GFS all kind of delays and issues to top it off the number Temu gives you to contact them on wont be answered apparently busy no matter when you phone
Ordered a item was damaged send it back then received an email that the product is no longer available , Takealot then advised that credit will be app**** on my next purchase that did not happen they also have not refun me or app**** the credit there is no contact numbers to phone just useless self help chats

While I expected a reliable vehicle and decent after-sales service, my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Recently, I encountered a flat tire—a situation that, admittedly, can happen to anyone. What compounded the issue was the discovery of the aftermarket tools supp**** with the vehicle. The wheel spanner was clearly not the original or a quality tool; it twisted and failed while I was trying to loosen the wheel nuts. Additionally, the tool provided to lower the wheel beneath the vehicle was also aftermarket and of very poor quality. I had to wait on the side of the road, asking for help from passing motorists just to get the vehicle fixed. This entire experience was inconvenient and unacceptable. What made matters worse was the lack of support from Auto Pedrigree Kimberley. I contacted them over a week ago, requesting assistance and trying to speak to the manager. Despite calling three times and being promised a return call, I have yet to receive any response. The manager has been completely unavailable, and I feel completely ignored as a customer. This kind of treatment and the use of inferior tools does not reflect the standards I expected from a reputable dealership. I am extremely disappointed and will be reconsidering my options for future vehicle purchases and service. To anyone considering Auto Pedrigree Kimberley—be cautious and ensure you get reliable tools and proper after-sales support.
Activated my account after 5 years to be able to watch supersport been active now for 1month today i can not stream at alll keep getting black screen my internet is 100%at home no issues with streams on other apps , but dstv stream keeps black screening , I have now phoned them 3 times on the 3rd phone call they tell me i dont have an account , after a discussion they link something but still the same issue all supersport tream channals black screening

It has now been 10 months since our move from CPT to KBY done by leopard movers, at first we thought everything was well then when we started unpacking we noticed a bunch of items missing 1st thing we noticed was dumbbell weights that was missing we immediately informed the company they said that they will look into it nothing happened owner just don't reply to email we send him , we have over time also noticed that some our camping gear is missing 1 tent , 2 x green ground sheets for camping ext. Think twice before using them people
No response cant get through on phones , they make it impossible to Fica or change address details for payouts 3 weeks now still nothing
Absolute Poor service from this Bank for 2 days now im unable to make a payment as it keeps asking for a selfie to verify then it fails , contacted support and went in to the bank which was very unhelpful no can help "Sir it is a security feature" THAT DOES NOT WORK!!! Then to top it off u cant even use the actual online banking through a computer because that need to be activated first takes apparently another 24h and i have used it in the past but some genius decided to switch it off , definitely changing banks !! They make it impossible to use their service a simple thing like making a payment
For 3 days now we have no internet first they said it some sort of outage and they are attending , days past nothing no one can give us a clear answer nor are they sending out technicians call after call we have to sit and talk to a call centre that cannot assist us !! Vox keeps blaming Frogfoot and Frogfoot blames Vox and we the client must just shut up pay and wait till some day someone that can actually do hes job is willing to solve the issue ! We work from home and for 3 days now we are without the service we PAY them for lost all our confidence in both these 2 Companies very very poor client service
