One of my order items was missing. They shipped a box with completely wrong items. Looks like someone elses order but my order details on the box. I've returned the items and it's been weeks and they still haven't given me credit or the correct item. I've been a loyal customer for many years but that's going to change
We paid a deposit and travel insurance amounting to over 18k for the trip to Turkey. In light of the rising tensions in the Middle East, we decided to cancel the trip. Onestop is refusing to refund any of the money paid. We were not sent any confirmation of tickets booked or travel insurance confirmation. We are cancelling more than 2 months before the trip. After a legal battle with a ***** supplier that was paid using Payfast, they triggered a refund 11 days ago but it still hasn't reflected in my account. I logged a ticket but no response. From now on, I will make an effort to avoid using Payfast to pay for anything online

Ordered an ecoflow battery but nothing was delivered in over 2 weeks. I then asked for a refund a week ago, but there is no sign of a refund being processed. This smells like a big ****. I'm going to have to take legal action
I ordered a pair of speakers on their site which showed that stock was available. I was immediately called and told there was no stock of the item and was given the option of a refund. It's been almost a month and there is no refund in sight How does a company take so long to process a refund? I've never waited this long for a refund at any other online shop

I did an online upgrade. They sent the phone with RAM couriers who are the worst couriers I have ever encountered. They made no effort to deliver the phone and sent it back to the warehouse. Vodacom said they would contact the warehouse to see if the phone arrived there. 3 weeks went by and no response from vodacom I contacted them again and they tell me that the upgrade has been cancelled They used to be good but the service level is very bad! I will be cancelling my current contract with them as there is a recurring data bundle on it that's impossible to remove They intentionally make it difficult to cancel stuff
Sent a request via their website for servicing a pair of Magnepan speakers I was mailed by Hein and told that they could service them and pick them up from my home. I then asked for a date/time when this will happen but got ghosted. I mailed him a few days later but got no response
