If I could give 0 stars it would be to much. Placed an order at 14:00 and 2 hours later still not picked up. Cancelation of the order took 5 minutes. To get refunded in your bank account will take 5 to 7 working days, yet you have to pay immediately for your deliveries. Really pathetic service. Don't blame the store as they have placed the order. It the so called delivery service delaying it. If I can stay away from this place I would.
Had tyres and shocks fitted at the Keimoes branch. The service was remarkable and the staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone
I was booked in at the guesthouse. My bus was delayed yet the personnel understood the dilemma I was in. They had no issues waiting for my arrival. The gentleman who helped me was so professional and welcoming. Not often that you get such good service.
Took a bus from East London to Bloemfontein on 05/02/2023. We had to take a shuttle first then embark on the bus. The bus was late. The drivers were not very helpful nor friendly. The bus also stank by the toilet area. As we left a driver came up to the gentleman who was sitting next to me and accused him of smoking in the toilet which was not the case. We were not informed when we will stop for refreshments, nor were we give a specific time on how long the bus would be standing at the stopping areas. The aircons was not working. No entertainment as advertised. Rally not what one expected from a company as big as this
I bought a Samsung galaxy A03 core about a month ago. After a system update I could not use the settings app on the phone. I contacted them and they referred me to the Vodacom shop at Lakeside mall in Benoni. I was told that there was a glitch with the software update. When I got there the staff was unaware of the issue.They then did a factory reset (which took ober an hour) and I was promised that the issue has been resolved. This morning, I am having the same issue. I would not recommend this phone nor any other samsung product to anyone. It is really pathetic
I took a trip from Piet Retief on the bus. First, I had been given a seat and then had to move as no one knew where I must sit. Secondly, the bus broke down just outside Ermelo. Overheating. Service not even warrant a stat. Pity I cannot give half a star. I shall never ever make use of this bis service again. We work hard for our money, and we get sub standard service. I think that they just jumped on the band wagon seeing that thia was a Greyhound route. I will never recommend this service to anyone.
We recently had to find new accomodation. We saw the add for a house and sent a mail to the agent to contact us. The lady,Denise Pretorius from Jawitz contacted us. She was so professional. Kept contact with myself and my wife on a daily basis. We got the property we were interested in. She went more than the extra mile. Her understanding, commitment compassion is top notch. She is a proof that humanity and generosity still exists in this very difficult times so many people are going through with the pandemic. If there was a rating for 10 stars there would still not be enough. Well done Jawitz.
Went there with friends to collect their dog that was sick. They are pensioners. The spca staff were so understanding and so helpfull. The place is so clean. Staff very professional and so helpful. Please support them.
