Never again
Never buy through Nissan Vredenburg. Once but is through and you have problems with 2/2 vehicles bought, prepare for terrible communication and even worse time waiting!!

Absolutely wonderful staff and experience
Toyota Vredenburg has always been the absolute best! We have purchased multiple vehicles by them and it is always such an absolute pleasure working mainly with Tracey-Lee, Rheta Duff, and Christo Momsen. Great staff always going out of their way!

Do not insure - the absolute worst!
Absolutely never, NEVER insure through Outsurance. I never missed one payment, never claimed and my first claim ever was my broken microwave. Outsurance says it's wear and tear and this is obviously not covered. Tried cancelling. Nobody even apologized about the inconvenience - didn't get any refund even though cancelling half way through the month. Took it to a repair shop, IT WAS A FUSE THAT POPPED!!! NOT wear and tear on a basically new microwave. And, upon Outsurance lying about the cause and not worried about me cancelling - their client service is the worst! I did much research before going with Outsurance and I repeat, do not trust any good reviews. Rather go with Santam or discovery.

Great service
Emihle Klaas assisted me with my claim. It was so fast, without any hustles and she had so much sympathy with my baby, asking how he is now etc. Thank you for giving me such a great experience!

Amazing service
An amazing experience with Coastline solar. They changed my electric geysers over to solar geysers and I am extremely happy with the service, efficiency and price. Thank you Henri and team!

BAD!!!!
Unbelievable bad experience in Steers Vredenburg. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE had such a bad experience. The woman 'Akeesa' was so rude and when I called the manager, Godfrey, he literally did not care at all. I am so, so upset and with the quality of the food.

KFC Langenhovenpark Bloemfontein
Ofentse that helped us 3 times now has the most amazing personality! Helps us in any way, goes out of his way to help with a special order. He is just amazing! The lady who helped us give the food at the last window(did not get her name) was just as kind. We need more kind people in this place! Thank you, KFC Langenhovenpark.

Incorrect EVERYTHING
I am VERY unhappy. DHL has a shipment of mine from my workplace. The correct address was given of Bloemfontein but they sent my package to Johannesburg. Then I had a 3 piece package, only to find out it was picked up one by one. I wasted a R150 worth of airtime on them today where as not one person can give me the answers I am looking for. They are highly unprofessional and I would never, ever use them again!

Phone call.
The call center called me at 8:30PM telling me that I qualify for some airtime story, after I mentioned the time she said, "but this is my working hours" I kindly told her, "please call me back during normal working hours, because this is my family time" and she hung up the phone while I was still asking that sentence.
