Absolute worst company when it comes to billing and communication. Trying to secure a CPT address for my business which I was told is straight forward - take out a package, update my details and my invoice will show the new address. Done it, paid for it, none of the invoices show the address. On top of that I am also being sent an invoice for amounts they are literally creating out of nowhere. All my bills were paid from Day 1 but for some reason I have an outstanding balance which is near triple the agreed contract amount. I have been emailing them for the last 3 days and havent received a single reply or phone call. Guess they just flat out ignoring me till the next debit day to take the fund that they are *****ulently billing me for.
This people phone me 4 times in a row, every time I answer I am on hold, there is nobody on the other end. I put the phone down, they phone back immediately. FOUR TIMES IN A ROW, are you crazy? How do you phone me and then when I answer you put me on hold, bro, you called me, why the hell am I on hold when I answer. Stop fkcing doing this, it's annoying. If you gonna call me, speak to me, and tell me *** you want, don't have me on hold.
Been waiting for 3 weeks for Skynet to deliver my package from Vox. The tracking system says I was not available on multiple occasions but this is a lie, I have been at home and no driver has ever attempted delivery. The item is now sitting as a POD on the tracking system but I dont have the package
Waiting for 3 weeks now for them to deliver a router and SIM. The item is with couriers and I have spoken to Vox and Skynet about the delay but not receiving the package.
Beautiful cars and excellent service. From point of contact to delivery of vehicle the owner and staff delivered top notch service. Would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a vehicle and sales experience that is 5 star worthy. The owner personally communicated with me and assisted me when other dealers were not able to.
Been trying since September 2022 to get a paid up letter/prescription letter/ settlement balance on my old ABSA credit card with no feedback from them. I need this info to exit debt reviews. Perhaps the NCR would like to know that ABSA does not wish to assist in removing me from debt review

Waiting for 3 weeks for Vuma to move an already active fibre line from one ISP to another. They say they try to call me but I doubt it.

As a consumer trying to exit debt review it is terrible service that a financial institution will not assist in this process. I have also lodged a formal complaint with the NCR against Wesbank
I have been trying for over a week now to get a prescription letter or paid up letter from LGR with no callback or email response to my enquiries sent via their website contact form. I am trying to exit debt review and need this letter. Standard bank has told me I need to speak to LGR. I have also lodged a formal complaint with the NCR against standard bank and LGR for their lack of assistance in helping consumers exit debt review
