What a terrible service we have received from Vumatel. We are being assisted by a lady who seems not to care about our connection and we advised her we permanently work from home. We are new to Vumatel and there is no connection since the 25th Feb
Terrible Service Order still not received no communication nothing. My order placed 12pm yesterday and nothing no communication till this morning. On the app still shows order being processed. I sat on Christmas Day without meat as I waited whole day
What a traumatic and Sad experience… My parcel has been stuck at the airport since the 4th of December it’s now Christmas time my kids Christmas presents and toys are on the cart what must I do? I’m travelling this Friday without Christmas clothes I’ve called several times for this to be escalated but what do I do? It’s supposed to be a jolly time but the service we have received from this company is pathetic
I have since been waiting for a refund of R1000 from them. The receptionist who I paid money to on my arrival has been telling me the matter has been escalated. They said I will get my money within 14 working that has passed Everytime I ask matter has been escalated

I AM PAYING FOR MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS AFTER 5YEARS OF GOOD SERVICE THEY ****MED ME. I AM NOW STUCK AT THE AIRPOT CANNOT GO HOME COZ THEY TOOK MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT
The service is horrible. You have 2 repeat same thing 6 times for agent to even understand what is going on. For a simple request it takes whole day to resolve one simple matter. You process is ridiculous and slow. Why can we speak to agents for better and quick assistance. I made payment now my device is still locked. I have sent numerous email and proof of payment. RENTOZA YOU HAVE BAD SERVICE.
I have debit Hold on my account and I cannot transact have been calling for days now its still not remove. I am suppose to be preparing for a funeral and I cannot do anything
So withdrew R3000 and shows completed there has been no money. I've been calling I'm getting same response I'll receive the money within 24 to 48hrs that passed long time. I want to know where is the money I withdrew? I got a reference from a lady and the reference number 13164038 please look into this I need that money.
Human Resource Management of Prasa is not assisting with a Garnish Order that was in place on the 30th of May. No one is giving me any answers where the problem is. Everyone keeps on saying they will investigate. I need someone who can assist with this mater urgently as my Childs needs are being let down by Prasa HR department
I ordered my lunch today driver was getting lost after contacting him. I ordered food from Brackenfell KFC my drivers numbers is Clement on 0872406778. Driver got irritated and told me he will not come. Uber eats now claims my food was delivered. I did not eat. What a terrible experience and rude drivers you have. I WABT MY MONEY ASAP.
