Hi, We love eating there and our food always arrives promptly. The only experience we had that was that is was not so relaxing as there was lots of noise coming from the serving/ordering and kitchen area. The kitchen staff should really tone down their voices as we would like to enjoy the good foods. Thanks Aeysha

Her questions that were addressed to me to determine the outfit I needed was handled in an honest, professional and unique way. She was so on target as to what I needed and gave me her opinion that was so appropriate and I welcomed it as she took such an interest in me that I was so emotional and thankful for her excellent services. Another sales assistant ( R Name) also confirmed the choice that I made. Eternally grateful to them both.

Hi, Eventually received a statement reflecting a NIL balance and then I was very shocked to receive a 1st time ever call from a vodacom consultant also stating that my cell number has been converted to prepaid. Just happy that I am done with my vodacom complaint and do not plan to have any further dealings with them. Thanks Hellopeter for all the assistance received.
Good day, With numerous amounts of calls and emails to Mondo, I have had nothing but unnecessary problems and queries. An ongoing complaint as I did not request them to add another line to my account as they only confirmed an upgrade for me. They incorrectly added another line and this caused increased in billing that I did not need or could afford. I am a housewife and the Consultant loaded the incorrect package on my account. Ram collected the cellphone and I would like Mondo to liase with Vodacom and correct their records accordingly.
