Please get some people to want to work in this pharmacy, there’ were 3 pharmacist on duty , two of them left their counter and went inside the shop (Clicks ) I don’t know to do what at the same time , one that was left behind was busy filling up a cabinet with medication meanwhile there was long queue of people waiting for their medication. I stood in a queue for close to 20 minutes without being assisted I eventually left with my prescription to another pharmacy . It wasn’t the first time a week ago there’ was only one pharmacist on duty again we waited for quite a while to be served,
So I recently discovered that I have overpaid my Ackermans account , I only realised that I wasn’t getting monthly statements for a couple is months now , I have been paying using EFT every month, last week I decide ask what’s my balance on their what’s app number ,the consultant rep**** I do not owe anything in fact I have overpaid from May this year that is why I do not receive monthly instalments. I was told to email their customer service Tenicity , my problem is since last week I’ve been sending emails every day , I get different responses from different people , I have to explain my problem every time I get an email . I’m responding and sending personal documents that they have requested to different people every day I get to explain the matter , it’s annoying ,it’s truly fustrating there’s no direct line or direct email to send these personal banking details and documents to one person . I just want to be refunded the money that Is due to me , Is that too much to ask
When going to Toyota Pietermaritzburg Armitage branch ( parts department )bring a chair to sit on , You would swear we are at home affairs .We v been standing in a line for more than 40 minutes waiting to be served . I don’t know if there’s only 1 person working in this department. It’s my second time coming the last time I left after standing for 30 minutes again , this time I don’t have a choice I’ll stand cause both my car batteries are flat , last time I left and decided to use the spare key . The service is slow and pathetic .
I went to Foschini Midlands Mall today and I bought a cream from Nivea ,So on the shelf it had a sticker and it was R99 ,So I took 2 of these when I got the till the one that I had didn’t have a price tag R99 on so when the lady ( Pinky ) was done doing the sale,she said it’s R109 and I quickly went back to the shelf I took the one that was written R99 and showed her that it’s R99 , So she said she’s calling the supervisor to update on the system and she came and they fiddled ,while I was busy with other things so when they were done I paid . I assumed the issue was sorted and I paid , I get home I look at the slip I notice that I was charged a R109 instead of R99 even after I had raised the issue and I was told it’s sorted. Honestly Midlands Foschini your staff is so *********** , A month ago I had to drive to the mall to correct a mistake that one of your staff members did they captured the incorrect amount on my account .
Poetry customer service is very poor, I sent an email 3 days ago about logging an exchange have not received a response. I refuse to go to their branch to do an exchange , I bought the outfit online not in the shop . The website states you can log a return or an exchange online .Respond to Emails !!!
I took a credit card with Standard Bank in 2011, which is covered its insured I have a policy that was taken immediately after taking the Credit card. In 2012 stopped working but continued paying for my credit card up until today, my husband has been assisting with paying for it, By the way the credit amount was R28 000, Ive been paying this amount from 2011, So recently with everything that happened after covid my husband had to take paycut meaning I am battling to pay for this credit card, I then contacted Standard Bank about the policy Insurance that I have for the card , it turns out the policy that I have been paying for 12 years is useless it cannnot help me, Its not going to help settle the debt that I cant afford to pay anymore, because I had to claim 3 years after loss of income so, So I am being punished for making means of paying for the credit card, The question is what was I paying the insurance for so long If I cannot claim now that I do not have income. why do I still pay for the policy ,what am I covered for its been 11 years paying for this insurance. The consultant was quick to ask if I wanna cancel it. why should carry on paying for it, If I cannot claim from it, how is paying for it benefitting me ?why should I carry on paying for the insurance.
So I bought a bag online at Foschini in November around the 24th, paid for it and waited for delivery, The order was updated as processing so I waited for the order, I collected another order that was placed after it and thought maybe they are packed together only when I collected the last one that I notices the first one has not arrived, when I checked on the system it says it has been returned, so I contact the customer care line to find out, how was it returned without me being notified, it turns out it was cancelled, and I wasn't notified about ll of this. No communication none whatsoever, The communication is so poor , So I ask for a rain check I can't get that as well, so I asked the lady if I can take the other bag because they failed to update me about the previous order, They can't give me another bag because the order has been cancelled. The bag was on sale, now it has gone up to its original price I had paid for it, Can foschini take lessons from other shops when it comes to online orders communicate with a customer instead of keeping quite update the customer. Do you guys have a customer care line I wasn't updated about my order . So annoyed
Today the 31st of March My husband has been sitting in Casualty from 2:40 this afternoon at St Anne's Hospital. I left him at 19:30 we were still sitting at Casualty. The service is very poor, you would swear it's a public hospital the service is slow. It's now 20:00 pm he just sent an sms saying he is still at casualty where I left him from 2: 30 in the afternoon 5 hours sitting at casualty. Pathetic service. Your standard has dropped. Shame on you Netcare.
Foschini Shelly Beach, South Coast I've just spend 20 minutes on the line waiting to pay an account, the line is so long theres only one person working on the till and she's busy on the call assisting a customer with a query I guess, while we have to wait, 20 Minutes!!!!! There's no one on the floor to assist with our frustration!!!!. So is this lady working alone the entire shop
So clicks cash back now expires every month.!!!Every month it expires and one loses a couple of Rands since when. I usually collected points throughout the year and and use my converted cash at the end of the year.. But this year I have been loosing my cash back money every month I get an sms that it expiring if I don't use it and it does get deducted. I sent an email about this the response was it expires once in December but I just another sms now that R20 cash back is expiring from whatever balance I have on the 23rd of September and it's going to get deducted, saving my cash back is a mission time around.. What is happening Clicks.. Can someone explain I haven't used my cash back this year but it keeps decreasing every month 😠
