I purchased a vehicle from Ford Mossel Bay 11 months ago, and only recently discovered — during a warranty claim submitted by Ford George — that the catalytic converter had been removed and replaced with a straight pipe. This major modification was never disclosed at the time of sale. The warranty claim for a whining turbo was rejected solely due to this modification, and I’ve been left to cover a large repair bill entirely out of pocket. The vehicle now has no warranty, reduced resale value, and potential insurance complications. I would never have purchased this vehicle if the modification had been disclosed. What’s worse is how this passed their so-called inspection. The CAT removal is visibly obvious — yet it was missed. And shortly after purchase, my insurance inspection failed the vehicle due to the severely worn, unroadworthy tyres it was sold with. How did this vehicle pass their checks if such basic safety issues weren’t even caught? The dealership claims they were unaware of the modification and offered to “assist” by installing a second-hand reconditioned turbo, at my expense, including labour. They also suggested I tow the stripped vehicle back to them for repairs — without accepting responsibility for any damage or risk involved. It’s clear the dealership is trying to resolve the matter at minimum cost to themselves, while placing all consequences on me. There has been no real accountability for selling a vehicle that should never have passed inspection. Their approach is simply unacceptable. I’ve exhausted all attempts to resolve this and have escalated the issue to the Motor Industry Ombudsman. Please be cautious. Ask the hard questions. Demand inspection records. I’ve been a loyal Vox customer for years with no issues, until Braintree took over handling the billing. Since then, it’s been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. Despite submitting my debit order request, Braintree failed to debit my account on the agreed-upon date — the 1st of the month. Instead of correcting their error, I was told they would "double debit" me the next month, without my consent. I made it very clear that I did not authorize any late or future-dated debit orders. To make matters worse, I began receiving overdue invoices and suspension threats, even though the fault lies entirely with Braintree for not processing the debit order on time. After multiple emails, I still haven’t received a call from a manager, nor any real resolution. Instead, I was told to make an EFT payment to fix their mistake — a mistake I’m not responsible for. This lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude has been deeply disappointing. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be taking legal action. I strongly urge Vox to reconsider their partnership with Braintree before more customers are affected.
I am moving into a new house on the 1st of February, currently there is a line already installed, the line is with WEB africa. i have placed an order already on the 15th of January for this line to be active tomorrow. i cant get hold of webafrica in any way. when you call them they have this stupid thing where you can only chat to them on watsapp. i have send 100's of messages and havent received 1 reply. i work from home and need interent and there is no way to speak to someone over the phone to ensure everything is in order. Stay Away!!!!!!!
Fastway Couriers are the Worst Couriers i have ever used and will never support them again. Parcels gets delayed and is causing me to lose money, and after contacting them for being late they simply do not care or make any effort to rectify the problem. Please do not Use them.
I have a contract with Cell C, evey landline number i dial i get "THe number you are calling does not exists". and if i call cell numbers it rings and then dies. i have called the customer support several times and they are not helpfull. i am going to go to the ombudsman so i can get ouy of my contract. i cant deal with this low class service
Ive been having non stop speed and connection issues every week. They customer support are non existant. Ive sent an email to management regarding my line issues as well as their customer support. They simply do not respond. Ive logged a complaint with the ISPA.
I Have Settled MY Contract with Cell C 3 weeks ago, i Still have not received my paid up letter, and they have not updated my credit bureau status. i am in the process of logging a complaint with the NCR
be aware when taking your car to powerflow especially edenvale. they are a bunch of thieves and just wants your money. i was there and ordered exhaust tips and paid for it and when it arrived i was told i need to pay more money again. contracted head office and they didnt even come back to me.
I was under Debt review and my debt counselor has updated the DHS that I am no longer under debt review on 30 December 2021. I have sent XDS several emails about outdated info on their system and they are simply not getting back to me. I am going to lay a complaint at the NCR

They have even sent me the certified Form 19 form that they have sent out to all the credit bureaus. I have sent experian a certified copy of my Form 19 myself as well but they are not updating my records. They are not even replying to my emails any more I have contacted the NCR and they sent me an email with a screenshot showing that my Status on the DHS system is "F2". I have not received 1 email back from experian even saying that they have received my documents. This is really bad service and I am surely not going to leave it here.
