It has been a pleasure dealing with Prime, everything was done quick and easy.
Second time bad experience at Toys R us Gateway where the price on the shelf is different from the price on the system when paying. I asked for the manager (RISHI) and showed him the shelf and price but he refused to give me the product for the price that was displayed and asked me to pay the higher price that it scanned for. The Consumer protection Act is clear about this and the price displayed must be the price the consumer pays. It’s either he doesn’t have knowledge of the CPA or he thought I don’t. People must be aware for things like this because managers are basically robbing the customers by making them pay the higher price. Consumers are protected by the CPA and must exercise their rights and not be taken for a fool by ******** managers and staff from small businesses to big businesses like In this case TOYS R US . I have pictures and proof of everything just like the previous issue with the same manager who came apologising after I reported him but he forgot me now so I hope this reminds him . He needs to go for proper management training and learn how to deal with customers and know what are their rights before being so ******** over and over.
Extremely Disappointed with Makro , I ordered an item from makro online on the 26/08/25 and it showed 7 available the tracking showed seller still processing until the 2/09/25 (7 days later). So I called and queried as the delivery was supposed to be the next day according to the app ,I was told it will be escalated and I must call again the next day. After 6 calls I was told that the sellers on Makro online is all third party sellers and Makro doesn’t know anything about stock or reason for delay because it’s not Makro that’s selling the items . I explained to the agent from makro online that this is nonsense because we having trust because we know we shopping with makro not some third party ****a shop that u don’t have a direct number and some of the people selling isn’t even on google. So I could not find no details of the person that was supposed to send my item only thing is a email address that Makro has and that person was not responding . I thought well here’s R1500 gone down the drain because of me trusting MAKRO and they risky online business. Eventually I received a email saying no stock of the item. After 8 days they realised there’s no stock and I’m waiting for the delivery. However they sent a email saying they processing a refund which will take another 7+ days. Makro online pathetic way of doing business I would not recommend this to anyone and watch Makro’s name go to the dogs because of this unprofessional way of doing business with 3rd party **** businesses. Anyone can register online and advertise on makro online even if they don’t have the items or a legitimate company.
I purchased 2 tray culls on the 12/03/2025 and I have the receipt which I will attach. When I took out the culls to cook I noticed one sell by date was 18/03/2025 and the other tray best before “08/11/2024” this is a big issue regarding health standards. A manager by the name of derika called me and her excuse is that they must have forgotten to change the date on the sticker machine that’s used to label it as if I was born yesterday.I have purchased sausages in the same store a few weeks ago and it was off I did report it to the manager by the name of Mike he offered to refund but due to work I couldn’t make it to go back to the store so I overlooked it and now it’s this. If you sell things with 2024 dates in your store you heading for disaster. I have reported it to the department of health and awaiting feedback if I am not satisfied I will lodge a complaint to the consumer commission because this meat is probably contaminated, impure, or decayed and is a violation of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act.
Worst experience at Lacoste Oceans mall . I ordered a shoe in the 18th of December for Xmas the sales person “Mvelo” said it will be there by the 24th the shoe only arrived on the 3rd of January. I then returned another shoe after 3 days later because I was not happy with it and the lady at the till “Sphosethu” refused to give me a refund and said I must take a credit note of R2295. After getting ahold of the manager “Nelupha” she said the teller should have given me a refund but now that she created a credit note there’s nothing she can do. PATHETIC *********** STAFF . Now I’m waiting 3 weeks for the operation manager to reply to my email.
I’ve been a member of legalwise for over 5 years and when I really needed them they failed with their list of attorneys that are not interested in matters because legalwise pays them peanuts to fight our matters in court.just to an example of one issue I’m experiencing right nw …..There’s an employee by the name of Basetsana Sebotsa (legal counsellor) she opened a file for me 5 months ago and gives me feedback once every 3 4 or 5 weeks and with no progress at all from day 1 till month 5. When I asked for regular feedback like once a week she said she could not do that because she has other work to do (as if I don’t pay my premiums) I asked for an attorney to be assigned and was refused.
Samsung is now just another useless brand , I always thought Samsung was one of the best but with my current experience I Regret buying Samsung. I paid 11k for a tv and they are coming and repairing the tv after every few months. My advice to anyone is don’t buy Samsung especially TVs . I lost my trust in the brand and their customer service agents are absolutely rude.
I received a call just now 11/96/2022 12:00 from a person working for umd telling me they calling on behalf of PLATINUM LIFE and I did not select my free gift so she will resend the SMS but before that she have to explain something to me . She went on explaining about the life policy and when she was done she already had my ID number I don’t know how . She then went on to ask me for banking details and the policy will start in August so I stopped her there and said I’m not agreeing to no policy so she continued to convince me to give her my account details which I refused. This is harassment and pathetic for platinum life to be trying to get clients in this manner. I hope and pray that I don’t be debited in the future. This is a SCAM because people who aren’t so well educated will forget they giving all their personal details and focus on the free gift only to realise a few months later that they being debited for a policy they did not want. Can someone from platinum life contact me to sort this mess out please .
Crown express courier is fake courier page. These people work with scammers. The scammer tells u he/she is sending u stuff from another country but you need to pay customs fee of R2000 and ur stuff arrived in SA but u will only receive after making payment. The person that thought I was a fool goes by the name of SOPHIA PRECIOUS FROM TEXAS he/She is just one of the many scammers . This courier page looks real with waybill tracking and everything but it's all fake they have many numbers. One of it is 0658572607. They eventually blocked me after I told them I know they scammers
Rewardsco needs pay more attention on their employment process because after one of the sales agents swore me for no reason and hung up it goes to show that there are unprofessional people on the floor and management isn’t picking it up. After long emails and phone calls all I got was “ sorry we apologise and the agent was wrong “. Now because of the incompetence within Rewardsco companies like MTN is busy losing customers
