Debit order didn’t go off
I had an arrangement with them to collect from my account monthly and no money was collected. What’s the use of arranging a debit order if it won’t go off? This will affect my credit score which I have worked so hard to build.

Funds reserved for uber order have not be reversed
I ordered food on uber eats, the funds were debited from my bank account but uber eats said there was an issue with the payment and the order went through. I failed a complaint with uber and they advised that they did not take/receive the funds and that my bank put a hold on my funds and should refund it. This was 7-8 days ago

Afrihost Wi-Fi getting depleted faster than usual for two months in a row
The last 2 months, my Wi-Fi has been getting depleted around the 24th. I have never experienced this issue on the 4 years I’ve been with them. The habits and screen time in the home have not changed so I do not understand why my Wi-Fi bundle gets depleted at the same time every month. In the past it would roll over to the next month

Aircon in hotel room leaking water throughout the night
Spent the night at one of my favourite hotels in summer - City Lodge Hatfield. It got so hot at night that I switched on the air conditioner. After about two hours when I switched it off, I realised that it (AC) was leaking water. I put one of the bins under it to capture the water but really- hearing this thing drip the whole night was frustrating. I couldn’t fall asleep

Standard Bank deposit- money not allocated to account. ATM gives error that it is jammed
Yesterday 09 October 2022, my partner and I went to deposit money at a standard bank atm in Hatfield. We put the money in the machine and after a while it gave an error that the machine is jammed. We got the card but the money is gone. It hasn’t even been allocated to the bank account either.

Faux leather jacket from Foschini has a foul smell
I bought a leather jacket 2 weeks ago at Foschini (Centurion Mall to be exact). It's really cute and I love how it looks on me but only after getting home and actually wearing it- did i discover that the faux leather has a really foul smell. I cannot wear that thing in public. I honestly wasted my money. I cannot even hang it with my other clothes because I'm afraid that smell will be on everything else. I'm really disappointed. A whole R599 gone for something I'll never wear
