2nd Windscreen replacement with Autoboys on my Jeep Renegade. Their commitment to their customer service shows. They kept on following up on my claims and the fitment of the glass was perfect. They even took time to ensure that there is no left over glass in the car. Even when they had to take all the panels off 3 times. If only the insurance companies could take a page out of their book! Thank you Ntombi Nkosi and TEAM! Well DONE!!
Well done to Wheel Collision and their Mobile Mag Medic. After a little incident with a sidewalk, quickly found Wheel Collision had a #BLACKFRIDAY special for 50% (valid till the 30th). Managed to quickly send all the details to them via Whatsapp. Got a quote and arranged repairs for the following day. Actually feel bad now paying 1/2 price cause the work was exceptional. Wheel were fixed and look brand new. Well done WC Team (Sky) and MMM (Katlego)
Had an issue with a SN93 watch that broke. Unfortunately it was out of warranty meaning that I would need to purchase a new device. Got the device for less than what I bought it on Takealot! I was phoned back when they said they would.
I placed an Order for a MAGENE C406 GPS computer only to realize I made a mistake as it was not the PRO version that supports the Magene LS508 Radar light. Contacted DealHub to find out if I am able to replace the item with the PRO version. I spoke to Mandisa N who kindly assisted me throughout the whole Process. We managed to order the Magene L508 (Which was not even on the website) instead of the C406 PRO (I ordered a Hammerhead Karoo 2 instead from another site) The explained that the orders are shipped from overseas and that there will a delay in getting the item. In the end, I got what I needed with their assistance. The things that they have onsite are ordered from overseas and takes a while. Just be patient!!
Being a loyal customer seems to count for nothing. 15+ year only t0 be let down by poor process. Contract was upgraded via the Online store last year. My Nokia 8.3 5G started giving issues and was booked in for repairs. Short story is that the phone was unrepairable and they do no have a replacement phone. I was then given credit for the device. Transferred the credit to the store to do the replacement. Was then shocked that the amount received was enough to buy a budget smartphone. Settled that I needed to add some extra cash, decided to get the Nothing Phone (1), which in store is R14 999. With Black Friday the online store is now R14 099 (R900 saving). Now I am unable to get the store to override their price and I have been struggling to get any clarity on how to move the credit to be used on the Online store again to get the saving. Tomorrow will be a full month from book-in (7 Nov) to no end in site! This is very frustrating and to the point where I need to just settle the contract and move somewhere else.
Amazing little store. They are quick to respond to mails and already got my new Home Automation "stuff" to play around with, which was order yesterday afternoon! Keep it up! Who needs Amazon!
Well done Makro!! You have definitely upped the game with the deliveries of items bought from the Online store. This has also been a major factor why we never bough from the store. Next day delivery and splitting of deliveries to ensure you get your products and no need to wait for everything to become available!
