Unfortunately I have to say I don't recommend them - purely because there is no response after installation. During the quoting period and installation, responses were very quick - all on Whatsapp. After the installation was complete, I asked to have the SSEG done, paid the R5500 to do so but to date (18 months later) I still don't know what I paid for as I still don't have anything to show for it. 3 November 2024 I noticed that the Wifi logger isn't working anymore. I contacted Juan over Whatsapp as that was the only form of communication I have had with them and the other number does not exist anymore. On the 5th he said he will come to sort it out once he is back from leave. He never came back to me. On the 22nd of November I followed up. He then said once he is done with the current site he will come to fix it. Then December came so I waited until January and on 22 January followed up again - no response. On the 4th of February I followed up again - no response. On the 5th of Feb I followed up again - no response. Then I decided to comment on one of their posts to ask that someone just responds to me and come sort this out. I was then told that is Juan's personal number hence why there is no reply which is absolutely nonsense because he has always responded on that number since day 1 AND the messages have been going through. AND if that really is the case, then put an automated message on to say clients shouldn't message and provide the correct details. And don't say you can't do that because the number clearly shows it's a BUSINESS ACCOUNT which does have access to those automations. But anyway, he then immediately called me (from the number I messaged - his personal number) and said he'll come to sort it out but I have to pay R2000 for him to do so. The part is under warranty but I have to pay him his labour. This is a *******, honestly! He obviously did that because he was upset that I have posted on social media but a few months earlier, there was no mention of additional charges. We also have our own companies and when something is wrong with a part that is still under warranty, we go out to replace it free of charge - we don't charge them for 2 tanks of fuel. Anyway, I had to pay it because how else am I supposed to get it fixed. The best part is he tells me I shouldn't message him on Whatsapp as that is his personal number and he doesn't always read/see the messages. I should call him. OK BUT he then messages me on Whatsapp AND even sends the invoice via Whatsapp. So you say one thing but do another???? Everything worked fine after it was replaced and then they had to redo our wifi about 1 month after the logger was replaced. This caused the inverter to not be connected to the wifi anymore. As Juan is the 'admin' person on the inverter, I cannot change the wifi at all - this setting is not available to me and only to him. On the 15th of March I messaged him to ask how can I connect to the wifi again - no response of course. On the 20th I followed up - no response. On the 28th I followed up - no response. On the 12th of April I followed up - no response. It's been more than a month since I asked about the Wifi and I am just getting pure silence. When a client pays you R180,000.00 you certainly DO NOT expect this kind of after service! So now I am really GATVOL of following up with a ghost. I actually think the ghosts in my home respond more than Juan does. And please don't try to call me to remove this review and rectify the situation because it cannot be done. I have given you more than enough chances to respond.
DO NOT TRUST!!! They are *****ing our pictures which we take ourselves, professionally and of our OWN products and then they use it as their own which is FALSE ADVERTISING and *****ING OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Products advertised by them are NOT all their own. The table in the photo attached was taken by myself and in my OWN HOME of a Fynbossie product! Fynbossie manufactures all our own furniture with absolutely no connection with Zurlu! Worst is, they even boosted a post in Instagram, with our picture, thinking we won’t see it! Big mistake! We had to fix items of Zurlu before where a client wasn’t happy and the product couldn’t fulfil it’s purpose, and Zurlu ended up ignoring the client completely. This client also wrote a bad review on Google for them. It’s disgusting to say the least!
Hopefully I will get a quicker response here! I am so flabbergasted by what I received today and never in a million years expected this from Woolworths! I ordered a Dyson V15 vacuum on Friday 19 January 2024 and chose and paid for express delivery (1 working day). Monday came and gone and so did Tuesday. Eventually today (Wednesday) my order was delivered. SoI don’t know why I paid EXTRA for quicker delivery when this was not the case. Refund????? So the delivery… When I took the box I felt it was light which was weird as I already own a Dyson vacuum and know it’s not light. Upon removing the SFK packaging, I noticed that there are Woolworths cellotape and other cellotape on the Dyson box. Some of which have been opened already and new ones put over it. When I opened the box I was so shocked to not see any Dyson vacuum cleaner that I paid R15000 for!!! Can you imagine my shock??? All the open packaging was inside (where the Dyson and its parts were in) and in between the mess, is a random small Bennet Read handheld vacuum, still in its packaging and new. A random stick for a vacuum but not that Bennet Read one. And a random fitting for a vacuum. I immediately called, was told to email which I did and still nothing. I would think this is a VERY SERIOUS matter that you will tend to quickly. R15000 is not something one gives out lightly. Now I gave it to you and in turn get a piece of **** worth nothing?! I am absolutely disgusted to say the least!
I paid my outstanding amount (which was not covered by my medical aid) on the 20th of October already via public recipient on my online banking. I got an sms on the 1st of November to say I still owe that amount. I immediately emailed with my POP and said you need to update your records. Till today (4 working days later) I have not received a reply. This morning, I receive another sms stating the amount is still due and I will be handed over in 7 days. EXCUSE ME?!?!?!?!?!?!? Are you going to pay for the damage against my credit record?! So I emailed again but obviously I will get no reply so how the **** do I get rid of you??? I will be sure to tell every single doctor I go to, to NOT MAKE USE OF YOU because if this. I often need to go for blood tests and your stupidity just caused you a bit more money. Sort your **** out!
I emailed to cancel my contact on the 5th of April. I was emailed back by Claudia Pillay a few days later to ask for supporting information which I then gave. No further communication was received from Claudia Pillay. Only automated emails to say my emails have been received. End of that month my debit order went off which is fine as I know it's 1 month cancellation. On the 30th of April I sent a follow up email and asked for a reply - again, NO REPLY. On the 3rd of May, I sent another follow up email and asked for a reply - again, NO REPLY. End of May another debit order goes off - that's certainly not right! I emailed on the 1st of June to say that I will be disputing this debit order and stopping it with the bank as it's currently ******* - I have cancelled my contract and waited the 1 month cancellation term. By the way - NO REPLY to this email either. On the 6th of June, I sent another email stating I already cancelled - NO REPLY On the 7th of June, I sent another email listing all the dates I have emailed and that I have reached a point where I am really GATVOL of their *** service. WOW - I received a reply!! Someone... no name on the email or even a signature, replies saying: Good day Please note your cancellation request has been directed to our cancellation department. Thank you ____________________________ That is literally it! All reply. Not much to go on but ok, at least I got something, right? In the meantime, I have stopped the debit order with FNB so they cannot process any more debit orders from my account. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT - end of June they tried to debit again!!! I got an email to say my account is overdue and I need to pay immediately - EXCUSE ME?!?! Sort your **** company out because none of you dum ****s want to do your work, not just properly, but AT ALL! It's been a total of 7 emails and I only a reply on 2 of them - does it seem like your people are working???????? Now you get **** reviews like this because you are *********** to run a company! NOW, I expect a reply AND apology for f*cking me around like this and wasting my time!
Really **** bank! First of all, I had 2 car loans with them (3 years in total). When wanting to trade in again, they offered me a MUCH higher interest rate of 13% despite being a loyal customer and not buying cheap cars. My business and personal credit record is also impeccable. So then I go to MINI, apply for their finance and they give me 11% - how the hell do you explain that? It’s a company I’ve never done business with before and I didn’t even have to fight for a better rate! So then MINI settles my account with Wesbank on the 4th of April. Yesterday, 11 April, my instalment goes off!!!! I’m FURIOUS!!! I log into my account, it shows there is still (after the instalment) a balance outstanding!! I sit with the settlement letter and proof of payment, which is exactly the amount on the settlement letter and done on the last day of validity. I email, no response. Actually, EVERY time I’ve emailed the service@… email, no one ever replies. Not even an automated response. So I call and explain. The guy has the audacity to ask me if it went off successfully on my side - EXCUSE ME?!?! How else would I know the instalment went off??? He then says he’ll close the account and put me through to the refunds department to process the refund of my instalment that went off yesterday. I hold another 15 minutes, NO ONE answers. Eventually 28min later, I put the phone down. Are you going to add airtime money to my refund amount??? So 1. I’m waiting for YOUR CALL BACK to process my refund 2. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE *****S THAT YOU ARE!! I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU ***** PEOPLES MONEY AND THINK YOU’LL JUST GET AWAY WITH IT! IT’S NOT YOUR CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO TELL YOU TO OR HOW TO DO YOUR JOB!!! You have just lost ANOTHER client!
Nothing to worry about when ordering from them! I too wondered about the prices as they seem 'too good to be true' but I ordered my iPhone 13 and 3 days later I received my brand new phone, no issues at all! Their prices are definitely the best out there and they're reliable too.
I ordered on the 4th of November and I still haven't received my parcel! I rarely ever write bad reviews but you now leave me no choice as I'm not getting any answers out of you and need to warn other people. Skynet never once contacted me until I followed up with Guano Boost on the 17th of Nov. On their tracking list it said bad address which doesn't even make sense as I have stuff couriered to me all the time. It also said I was apparently not available to take delivery but no one even contacted me and how can you deliver if you say my address is bad? Then all of a sudden, after my email to Guano Boost, I get the FIRST ever call from Skynet to ask for my suburb as that is the only thing they're missing. I gave this to them on the 19th of Nov and till today (26 Nov) there has been absolutely no delivery. The only response I got back from Noxie at Guano Boost is asking me for my order number when I replied on the email with my tracking number!!! I replied to that on the 22nd to say that I still haven't received anything, they also use an e-commerce store like I do so I know how it works. You have my order tracking number so why try and stall me by asking for an order number! Till today haven't received any response whatsoever! TOTAL SCAM! I am reporting you to the CPA for further investigation as you clearly are up to no good here.
So I was just scammed by something MTN had been aware of for months!!!! The entire story was on Carte Blanche 3 months ago (I found out after doing research about the scam) so why do you allow allow scam to go on for this long and not do a thing about it??? Now they want me to pay R8000 which the scammed spent on my account after their systems aren't foolproof and anyone can clearly enter it! I was called by a certain mister who calls himself Jason Oosthuizen. He claimed he was calling from MTN and someone tried to do a simswop on my account the morning, is this correct. I immediately said no, it's not. He said they'll block it and I need to send him the OTP that was sent to me from MTN's system. He then mentioned the name of the person wanting to do the simswop and asked if I knew anyone by that name, I said no. He also said the email address was changed to that person's email address and gave it to me. I again said no, that's not correct. He sent another OTP from MTN's system and said I must provide that so he can change it. Again I gave it and he gave me a reference number, his name and IP address (all fake obviously). Then the call just dropped. I got another sms to say my limit has been increased to over R9000 and then they started spending. I had to quickly search for the fraud department number and had to listed to the stupid robot talking while they are spending! Eventually I get to someone, hold for a long time until she says her system is frozen so she can't do anything and I need to call back. In the mean time, they're still spending. I call back, speak to someone else, he changes my limit and then the call drops again. I call again, speak to someone else, explain it all for a THIRD time! She then says MTN won't pay that and I'm liable for it since I gave the OTP. NO, I'm not liable for YOU securing your system and making sure it's foolproof! You can't expect clients to pay for your stupidity! Clearly your system is NOT SECURE as these hackers entered your system, sent OTP's from your system and even increased my limit, without me doing ANYTHING! So how the hell can you expect clients to pay because your system is NOT SECURE?????? We already pay you enough to have all your **** together but now we have to pay for you to be stupid as well????? This is not right in any way and what makes it even worse, you don't give a **** and never bothered to do anything about the scam to stop it. So what does that mean? Obviously you're in on it too!!!! I am NOT paying for your insecure system and your debit order will be disputed! Even if I get a bad credit record, you will NOT benefit from your own scam!
HOW?!!!!!!! How is it possible to hold more than an hour without talking to someone????? And yes I have the screenshots to prove it. I actually have a business to run and need to be able to use my phone for my own calls and who has this amount of time to spend just sitting and waiting for NO ONE to answer? I eventually hung up or will you pay for the sales I've lost because I had to keep the **** tone playing? It's absolutely ridiculous, just like this bank is! I now assume that you will pay the full amount on my deseased aunt's credit card account. You are hereby legally notified that numerous attempts has been made to contact you (email and phone) and there has been no response from you and no indication that you want to address this matter. Enjoy running your company into the ground.
