Pending refund from wallet to bank account since 12/10/2025 for order 11825684 i have made plenty calls to them and sent emails but till today i have not received my refund even though i have provided them with the documents they required from me.
I bought tastic rice 2kg when I opened it, I went them a message to make them aware they never rep****, I send the second yet no feedback, I called them from cell number 0837180233 on the 10th of April the agent was supposed to send me reference number and whatsapp contact number so that I can send pictures till today I have not received anything not even an email. Rain has replaced my router since the old one stop working,my wifi is up and running, iam happy
I subscribed to 5g wifi with Rain 01/07/2022 I was given ZTE router as well but the router suddenly stopped working on the 1st of November, when I plug it, the lights don't turn on like it normally does, I contacted them but I am not getting any help they keep giving me different references, on the last call I made to them I was promised that they will send me replacement router but nothing happened yet the reference number given to me is 4951606. I need this wifi urgently as much as Rain expect payment from me end of the month I need to pay for something I benefitted from.
I wrote a review about Mtn regarding my contract not being canceled after called them to cancel it and they still continued to debit me for the 25th month,, to this day I have not received my refund nor any feed back from MTN, when I call them they keep transferring me to different departments.. I just don't understand why such a big organization can operate this
I ordered Kambrook airfryer from Clicks online on the 19/08/2021 for R1189. 30 on the 21/08/2021 Clicks send me an email to inform me that the airfryer is out of stock i should send them my banking details and id copy for them to refund my money to the account that i used for the transaction i did that on the 23/08/2021 up to today i have not received my refund, when i email them i just get excuses that the matter is referred to finance department and they waiting for feedback. I have been very much inconvenienced by Clicks, this would have never happened if they did not advertise and sell online the items they don't have.Order number#210819-001-1079
Good afternoon I have complaint for Dstv, my monthly subscription is R514.00 pm.End of June their App showed that my balance is R-25..then mid july the App showed that my payment due 01/08 is R489.00 meaning that R25+R489=R514 i paid R489 around the 21/08 to cover my payment due for 01/08 then suddenly there after the App shows that R539.00 is due 01/08 i wrote them an email to query this their agent called me, she asked if i have won any Dstv rewards i said yes i won a free package upgrade for May month she then advise that were the confusion is coming from the R539. 00 will be reversed but that has not happened instead i received sms reminding me to pay R539.00 01/08 i emailed Dstv again to query that i was told that i didn't pay June subscription and as far as i know if i dont pay they supposed to disconnect my service therefore I should not be in arrears with their account.
