Pick n Pay sells expired food
Pick n Pay sells expired foods. I bought 2 bags of crips which was extremely stale when I opened it. Only to find out it was expired. And it upset my whole family's stomachs. What a disgrace for such a big well known store to sell expired goods. The media is making a big fuss of foreign owned shops who sell expired food. What about our own well known stores who does exactly the same thing but nothing comes of it. We hear of how children died of these expired foods What if someone in my family God forbid had to end up in hospital or even worse die because they too busy making millions then to care whether they sell expired food or not. This is not my 1st encounter with pnp. Many years ago I found pieces of glass in their pnp brand chicken pieces and absolutely nothing become of it. I am disgusted to say the least.

Frontline Lenasia sells expired food sies
Frontline sells expired chocolates. Myself, husband and 4 year old son shared a chocolate that we bought from Frontline Lenasia. The next morning we had a very severe case of food poisoning which caused an infection as well. And it lasted for 7 days. We were so sick that I couldn't even get out of bed to do anything. When I looked at the chocolates exprity date it had expired in February 2023 and Frontline Lenasia didn't even exist by then. They make millions yet they sell expired food and nothing gets done to them. The rich get richer while killing the poor. Disgusted and disappointed to say the least

Food not worth it's heavy price tag
I ordered the full chicken meal with a chicken livers. 1st instead of giving a full chicken they gave 8 pieces then I requested that they please change it for a full chicken. Chicken was as dry & over cooked as the Sahara desert. Rolls were so stale the minute you touch it, it falls apart. Chips was supposedly a large but was literally only a handful and once it got cold it tasted like cardboard. This was the worst experience I've ever had at Mochachos and for the price tag it really wasn't worth the paper their menu is printed on.

Pathetic Customer Service
The table me & my family was sitting at in Nando's Fordsburg was dirty so we all requested for it to be cleaned, which never happened. When I ordered the food the cashier Ntokozo done her own thing by not listening to me as I ordered mild because my 4 year old was with & he also needed to eat and we as a family don't eat strong food. She punched in extra mild. We bought 2x 1,5L Cokes. But food was served to us without glasses. We had to use the 3 glasses we used with the juice & bar one ice cream we bought before ordering food. Every time we request for the table to be cleaned and for them to bring clean glasses for the 7 of us it went unheard. So 7 of us had to share 3 glasses. The food was so strong that you couldn't even taste what you were eating. And it made all our stomachs run. The service is very pathetic to say the least. The owner should do something about this no wonder the place waa empty because there's no customer service nor do they give you what you have ordered. What a let down.

Pathetic Service
Bought movie tickets at West Gate on Saturday June 24, 2023 at 07:45 PM for Rally Road Racers. Paid R430 when we wanted to go in we got stopped by a old lady who was taking the tickets. She told us the movie didn't start yet and it was for the 8pm movie. She made us sit for for more than a hour saying there was a delay. 9:05 I decided to go in only to find out the movie started on time and there was only 30 minutes left of the movie. So she wasted not only our money but our time as well. Everyone else who bought tickets for thar show was sitting and watching while myself & my family was told we can't go in as it hasn't started yet. If I didn't decide to go in than we would have paid R430 for mahalah. I'm very angry by what the lady did and only she would know why she done what she done. The service was pathetic as the que's was so long just to buy snacks so why have the self service option if the que's are still long. We were there by 5pm hoping to catch the 6pm movie only to be told there isn't one. So we stood in the que for over 45 minutes for nothing and all the other people who bought tickets for the earlier show was still quing for snackswhile their movie started a long time ago. Customer service at West Gate socks big time. They don't even give you spice for your popcorn you have to put salt on so I guess they take the spices home. This was the worse experience I ever had trying to watch a movie. I want my money back it's just a pity I can't get my time back that I wasted at this pathetic cinema.

Online order with missing item
I've made an online purchase on 2 March 2023 and when I made the purchase all items were in stock. 10 March I receive a sms saying my order is ready for collection. I collected on 12 March & only receive 2 packets but didn't make anything of it as the last order all items were put in 1 packet. When I opened it only to find out 1 item is missing. Mind you I didn't receive any communication from Truworths. When I called today I was told oh your missing item is out of stock. This is absolutely rubbish because why say your order is ready if it's not complete & if I didn't call I wasn't going to know what is going on as long as it was already paid for it doesn't matter right. When I placed the order there was stock so I want what I paid for don't even bother to try and refund me. I want my order. If someone had the decency to phone and say 1 of your items are out of stock is there anything else you would like to replace it with would have been understandable. But no I had to phone to find out what's going on which is unprofessional in so many ways. Good news Rezina! Your Truworths order, O305641686 is on its way to Truworths Flora Centre. We will advise you when its ready to collect. Any queries 0872859401. If it's on it's way why was it 1 item short? And your I bought a pair of Uzzi pool slides which is of absolutely poor quality it didn't even last a month and than it broke. Really ridiculous at the price you charge for it a total rip off. I'm sure not even Pep stores quality is so pathetic. You should be ashamed of yourselves

I complained about my phone on 30 December 2021 and Vodacom still hasn't bothered to find out what the problem is. Guess it doesn't matter as I'm a number to them compared to the millions they make out of innocent people every single day. Well done I must say

Poor Workmanship
Got a P40 lite and the phone is only 7 months old I never used it but it gave endless issues and the battery doesn't even last a day. Took the phone in for repairs. When I got it back my screengaurd was ripped off and replaced with a plastic. Secondly the phone now looks like an old phone that has been repaired on the streets because on the sides where the silver part is it's scratched so one can clearly see that's where they opened the phone. I used the phone for about a week to see if the issues where resolved only to find out it's still the same. I then returned the phone and stated that I don't want the device any longer as the problems still exist and what's worse is the fact that it now looks like it came from a backdoor technician with all the scratches on it. Got a call yesterday stating the phone is ready for collection. What ****es me off is the fact that they don't even have the decentcy to return the phone at the branch where it was handed in and completely disregard the fact that I said I want a replacement phone as I'm not hoing to pay 3 years for a phone that has been giving problems since day 1 and that it came back looking like a old second or third hand phone. Does Vodacom technicians not take pride in their workmanship. I DON'T WANT THAT PHONE LIKE I STATED ON THE REPAIR SLIP. So why was I called to come and collect it.

Incompetent and beyond Useless
It's been 2 months since I've complained about standard banks insurance andI didn't receive any communication from them at all you are so useless and incompetent rest assure that the ombudsman will be hearing from me. It's as if I don't even exist. How rude!!!!
