I need to get hold of kfc in the mall my food when I arrived home was missing and my chips cold this store better call me back I cannot get hold of anyone the number is just ringing my details 0798348510 I'm very ****ed off right now
I'm so ****ed off besides the fact that kfc zewenwacht mall is not answering their phone when trying to call I was out doing my shopping and popped in to buy lunch for when my kids gets home from school I ordered a all in one feast only to arrive home now to notice no wings and 5pieces of chicken packed chips old and cold this is very upsetting and I want a refund how the hell do I pay for stuff I do not have now no one even answered the calls to show them all the items as I have just opened it up no head office number nothing I expect a call no later than today or else I'll cause **** at this store should I go there
Spar kasselsvlei the communication and management team is so poor to not correctify another day later and no feedback I have ordered my Friday night meal from them not only was the food quality so poor they have also not sent items that was paid for I get a email I respond to it with requested information however still I have not heard from them this is really bad old stink rolls and dry chicken my baby's paid yogurts not in the cart no refund and paid item do you get worse than this
Being at checkers N1 city yesterday trying to do my monthly shopping was a complete nightmare the entire toiletries section and hair department is a mess how do you try doing your shopping and you can't find what you looking for because the shelves are empty I understand that it's nearly holiday season hut seriously this renovations could have been done after hours or something now I'm sitting with half of the items I needed but I proceeded and actually saw today that checkers parow centre has a better form and structure however I hate that my time was waisted all you get from staff is they moving the stuff 😳 not even apology for the inconvenience disgusting.
I am so disgusted with Vodacom and a consultant named Shahid from Vodacom parow centre who is conning elderly people and getting them in and names into bad credit rating how shameful robbing not even just a pensioner but a blind pensioner my mom took out an account and specifically took it out to be debited when pension is paid however Vodacom or shahied proceeded to make debit order on the last day of the month resulting my mom's account to be in default now they expect her to pay an arrears amount that this stupid guy ****ed up who else can honestly admit as to how shameless this is and I see it as daylight *******.
I am a mother to a newborn of two weeks a week ago I took an Uber to a meeting I have in the area of Ravensmead my experience with a driver Morgan was so bad he was verbally rude swearing and threatened to put me my sister and newborn baby out the car he actually stopped in the area of belhar and we did not put any address in there but we ended up standing along side the cemetery in belhar him asking us why the f.... You put in stops did you ask me if you can he then said get out of my vehicle we refused as he accepted the trip and should not if he did not want to do stops he drove around making us late after we had stated we had appointments his last words was you will see what I do, Uber now then charges double already on an overcharged trip one cannot use their services as this shows how unreliable they are to descipline their drivers it's not safe with these types of drivers I have now decided that I was over charged and basically ****** where this guy states he never received payment so I will be laying charges against him no later than today.
I am very disappointed in the way a so called manager handles a customer worst of all where have you ever in your life seen a manager arguing debating about a customer Infront of a customer so while I'm waiting on being assisted she walkes right past me to another lady you can't just give a lady a price when it wasn't run past me her exact words little does she know the worker went to go enquire and came back to me with feedback so much I could say for the manager named portia at grassypark cash crusaders who made me wait for nearly 20min until I had to ask a worker to please get hold of her for assistance I left the store still she could not be of assistance the service is very bad and also she claims they do not collect items from customers. This is really bad for business
I am so disappointed in the service from the constantiaberg branch from the start of my purchase until after receiving the items I've purchased I should have trusted my gut feeling and went somewhere else, so Friday the 5th of may I walk into this store looking for the item I tried purchasing online but due to also no phone calls being answered I decided to go in store upon arrival firstly people were to be looked for and secondly not very helpful as a guy just handed me over saying yes yes speak to him how rude , then my delivery is arranged for the 8th already I had to take off from work to be available for two days the delivery and installation the Tuesday I had to call them to find out about my delivery and time as I could not go anywhere, now it's Tuesday I've been on the phone numerous times trying to find out what's happening about my installation but believe it or not I cannot get through the day is nearly done and again I can't run errands cos builders has their time only worse is no one has even attempted to contacted me to let me know what's happening this is pathetic seriously. I honestly feel like going up and requesting for a refund and taking business somewhere else. I would not refer anyone to this store.
I am highly upset knowing that wanting to have a chilled Monday myself and my cousin enter ShopRite liqour store in Bluedowns buying us the promo of brutal fruit we do so only to get home to find that there is a sealed empty can inside of the one six pack can you guys check your shelving before it happens to another person being charged for nothing is discussing but yet as I have purchased a new school bag for my daughter the security is quick to judge and think others are criminals yet the same customer was ripped off.
This gas station offers the worse service even with previously having bad experience I've never mentioned it but today again on the 5th of April I stood for 20min without any assistance eventually other cars pitch and the guys attend to other cars first .
