App needs a cancelation button after purchase. App showed stock is available and after purchase there suddenly wasn't stock. Items that were left on the list were not worth the delivery. Canceling after checkout would be great. Even if the money then goes to wallet.
Slow service and cold food wouldn't recommend
Will make you wait for hours to be helped, the system is broken and is an outright monopoly that should be dismantled, and staff desperately need to be trained on customer service.
It's been week 5 with an order unfulfilled and no one responding for my refund, do not waste your time or money on this company.
Makro has been promising delivery for the last 3 months. The company will straight up ***** your money and ghost the customer ! #MAK4435809
Literally a Horrible 3de world bank that has a faulty app 2 months ago I walked into the Carnival Mall branch to re-open my account The account was opened without uploading my new details or address Nothing was explained and I was literally pushed out the door. Do not trust FNB their quality of service has gone down the drain. Even the app is faulty when transferring funds between account with funds disappearing because it was sent to an account that isn't active any more !!

At carnival mall service is super poor been waiting an hour to get my card , employees really dont like make money , stay away
Supper horrible people, allowing them to still have an online store should be a crime in itself. I Ordered a battery from them wait weeks only to receive a cracked gel battery that was not even the same specs as the item I paid for, with no replies to emails or just common courtesy of answering the phone. Had to drive 2 hours to their shop to confront them in person to get this issue sorted out. Just straight-up horrible people stay away from this shop!
Waited 1 hour for survice after ordering at heidelberg wimpy , eventually had to get up and follow up on the order , was ignored by lady and front desk , left without getting to eat
