No internet but they got their money
I’ve never been this angry. I paid them Saturday and it’s Thursday today but I still don’t have internet access. I’ve been talking to their agents and they tell me they haven’t recieved my funds and my bank says they already took the funds. My kids don’t have tv for the whole week!!!!!! I’ve always used the same way to pay why would they do that!!!!!! I’m angry Webafrica this is unacceptable!

MTN won’t stop now ****ming people! So I pay my month to month contract home WiFi every month after the 25th before the last day of the month. Somehow I’m always connected with no issues. However this month they decide that because I paid after the 25th they won’t connect me, I just need a simple refund and I won’t ever use your services. Why this now. I won’t need your services next month. I just need a refund

Bad service
Aramex doesn’t know where my order is. I ordered same time with Temu Buffalo logistics has already delivered. Your agents are giving me different stories as to where my order is. Someone said it was gonna arrive at OR Tambo on the 15-11-2024 at 17:10. Today I’m calling and they’re telling me it’s still in china. I paid VAT on the 7th. I’m so angry. You guys are just ***********!

Spoiled meat
Shoprite Randburg Pretoria avenue Ferndale the meat must be rotten, it smells too bad when you cook it, wors and mince meat. Tried braai, boil and it’s just bad, you need to take a look at what’s going on there there were flies there the place also stinks, I understand it’s loadshedding but it’s not healthy for human consumption. Something needs to be done about that butchery there.

Mondo MTN Contract
I've app**** for a phone with MTN and when I call they saying my application was with their sub contractor Mondo It's been 8 days now and I still don't have a phone. I asked the agent what other alternative iPhones do you have the agent says there's no phones. I need to know whats going on cause you said delivery takes 3-7 working days.

loan application
I'm kind of disappointed with African Bank. On Saturday 21 October. I went to apply for a loan. It got approved. On Monday I got a call saying the offer has changed I now qualify for a smaller amount, I took the offer. Tuesday African Bank sent the money then reversed it. I went to the branch and couldn't get answers. Till today I haven't heard from African Bank.

Bad service
Bad service from MTN. I missed a debit order on the 25th of September 2023 and I made payment on the 2nd of October 2023 on my month to month contract but I still don't have internet. I spoke to the agent on the 3rd of October and the agent told me that I am not going to get data because I paid after the date of allocation of data. I spoke to MTN on and this is what they said "Kindly note that on month to month contract, you get provisioned when you make payment, not on your bill cycle. M.M" I just spoke to an agent now who hung on me while I was still talking. I need assistance as it doesn't make sense that I've paid my account for free. I need to get reimbursed then.
