****mers working for the banks. They never respond and emails bounce back but after 2 days never answer there phone...Andni have been informed my case with Fnb have been revered to them now no response for 2 months
After so many warnings from people I continued to open a FNB bank account i thought it's not what people make it out to be...I bought something at take alot on the 11th the money went out of ny account then on the 15th money was deposited into my account 12500 but there was only 9400 available the rest was deducted I went to the Bank and they could not explain saying it's charges..then again 3 days later they took my money again and my account was in the minus with R650 then again I went to the bank same thing they keep on saying it's charges.everytime I purchase something they deducted from my current account...and it goes to the reserve apparent but then when the business take the money they take from my current account and the reserve again on Sunday I didn't buy anything as I went no where my account was used and I was in the red with minus 1560 I have money in my savings account now I also can't use that money because it will be gone and the staff really is not willing to assist you at all. They talk to you like you crazy. I saved money to keep me going until payday now when I get my money I will be short of That R1500 and in my reserve it's also in the minus no way I am going back to Capitec people warned me seriously I should have listened even though I have money my kids must be hungry mxm
Please Please Please I Beg is there someway anyway someone can help with the poor fast way Service really wow it's like over 1 month waiting for a Parcel. The Second parcel are already on shipping that I order 2 weeks after this one and I am still waiting on Fast way...and they don't even answer the phone they pick it up and then drop it without saying a word no How is this possible....
Good day I've been going through a financial slap because my child needed extra money for her education as she did not do well at her current studies. So I couldn't pay for 2 Months but I paid this month and I made and arrangements to pay R2000 a week to cover the arrears. And it's accepted by the Financial office but know the Guy of Absa keeps on coming to my house he even told the people at home he is there to Repossess my vehicle and was not home I contacted Tumiso and we spoke but the Guy came again and know when I try to contact them from the number I use I am blocked. But when I use the other no the message is relayed. I just want the truth as to I can make decisions please. Even if the answer is not what I want please just respond please... Other then this debtsafe has been great I really recommend them they are really star quality
Hope all is well. My Name is Janine Fisher I am so upset and very disappointed about my experience at the go carts today. I went on Saturday they informed me it fully booked untill 4. I said ok no problem can I make a booking for tomorrow. The 14th of January 2024 which is today we got there just before 13:00 our booking time we waited until 13:20 there were people that didn't make bookings but we're assisted. OK my son and his friend were then called and the drove but from the beginning these other kids that were there without bookings and without parents were there and bullying my kids and bumping them they are literally just going after them to bump them. I went to the assistants and said to them please man look at the kids. But he said yes my kids can't drive but I always take them to the kyalami raceway go carts at R55 and when the go carts used to be at china mall in Zambezi. So the assistant said I must ask for the security footage he went to the office and came out and all of a sudden the footage is not available. I really didn't aspect that they will have this ****** behavior towards innocent kids because the were the only no white kids but our money don't have colour. I am so upset because of the people running the go cards they must atleast then put a sign there whites only. And after we left because I told them to stop the drive ten minutes or so before the lapse was finish and those kids were laughing and making fun of the bullying. I am not just going to leave it there I even told them to take a Pic of my number plate and I told them my name. Because I was not wrong one will never understand when it comes to u ****** and bullying at its best. ****** is still alive at kollanade
Good day My mother Felicity meubel is a elderly we've been struggling since last week Thursday to get her Sassa card at the post office in Sunnyside. I must say that they are so nice and helpful we've been there up until 3hoo everytime but I must say there customer service is top notch. But we can't seem to get the finger print machine to read the fingers. We went to Home affairs we got verification but still please how can we move this forward? And the branch manager at Sunnyside Post Office showed me all the contact from WhatsApp to email and still no response he wanted to clear the money because he got the finger print verification but post office it after they refused on Monday still didn't clear the problem at helpdesk and refuses to work and they close tomorrow while a disabled old sick women must suffer I even phoned the post office ***** help line they didn't answer after a while it was answered and dropped in my ear. I phone the customer care of post office and the guy said oow mam it's that time of the year. They like to do ***** while he was laughing is that what they do then.
Debit orders are going of my account continues i stopped it even phoned Budget insurance to cancell it but they still deducting my money. and when i want to reverse the Debit order say we must phone but when you phone they never pick up and at the end of the day your call cost you more then R100 Rand.
I was phoned my a consultant and told that my debit order did not go through and I said yes I stopped it for I didn't know why the money was deducted from my account and he explained it to me and also said that. Because I am aware of it now they will reeinstate the policy and I won't have any waiting period and that I will just continue as because I was paying for almost 2 years OK and I said yes because it's important and I really want it. And guess what I claimed and wow what the agent informed me was a total lie. My claim was declined. Die to waiting period I guess they pay there agents to lie and once they get you hooked when you claim they say what ever. Thay are not important we already have there money. I wish they just didn't lie to me.
Not even 1 star like 0.00000 Hallo, Showmax is now really taking things to far I've canceled my service like 3 months ago and the still bill me. So I said OK let me continue using the service seeing that I am paying guess what I can't they want me to activate my subscription and pay again but they already took my money every freaking month. And when I send them messages on the live chat they don't respond
Hallo I have been Phoning medipost for 3 days for my son, s Chronic medication he suffers from Con******* adrenal hypo plasia and can't go a day without medication. Everyday they promise its coming saying the medication was delivered to a address in Louie Trighard. How is that possible when the delivery was always delivered to 456 Crawford I even said I would go and collect it they say the medical aid won't gave it because there has already been a dispatch out. My son is now sick in bed none stop headaches and vomitting because not receiving his Meds. He is on steroids to help him with cortisol. And it's if I am crasy when I phone everyday, especially during this time of covid how can my son go and be admitted to a hospital when it could have been prevented. I am so stressed and scared for my son's sake how can they do this.
