I would like to write a review about Cartrack's agent, Katlego Phasha, for the efficient and remarkable job he did. He ensured that all the security questions were answered and verified he was speaking to the right person. Cartrack has the right person for the job!
I ordered 10 Zinger wings at the Westonaria KFC, but I had to wait almost an hour only to be told that the items I purchased whad wast took them an additional 30 minutes just to process my refund.
I would like to share my review of the DEB/Steers shop in Westonaria, specifically regarding my first experience. I ordered pizza and a full chicken wins on October 30th, and I was disappointed. The wings were not well done and did not taste good, which affected my stomach negatively. I arrived at the shop around 5:00 PM and placed my order for a pizza. However, it took an hour for my order to be ready. During that time, the staff seemed to ignore me and prioritized serving their friends instead. This behavior is unacceptable, and I am very unhappy with the level of service I received. My order number was 185, yet other orders, such as number 213, were completed and received before mine.
I have two bad experiences with Makro and I do not think I will ever buy there again. Firstly, I bought an iron and it was not working. Just taking water out. 2nd, I bought a generator worth R16 000 and it stopped working after 2 days. I brought it back to them for repairs but they took long to assess and because of that I had bought another one and wanted my money back. They made me sign a request for assessing the generator for a refund and went radio silent after that. When I contacted them 6 weeks later regarding the refund, I was told that there was a notification sent that the generator was ready for collection although they captured in their system that I wanted a refund. Their telephone number is not working and when I was communicating via email, the person who was assisting me was just not interested in assisting with the problem at hand but we kept going around in circles around the same topic. Even after I took a picture of the copy of the receipt for assessment, I did not receive any assistance. I decided to come to the store but I am still being taken back and forth. Their service is really poor
I am very disappointed with Pedros randfontein. The staff there does not value customers at all. I had purchased a meal online and the order took 3hrs to get to me upon arrival my order was not complete and the food was not well done. I called them to alert them of what had transpired and the person I was speaking with sounded annoyed. By the way, I paid for this. It's not for free. Unfortunately I didn't get what I paid for. I am so angry because I feel that I don't deserve to be treated the way I was treated even though I paid.... This kind of service made me to hate Pedros meals
I am writing this review with a bleeding heartv and also frustrated. I have registered my lil brother for engineering studies and this is a time for exams and there is a policy in place which exclude them from sitting for an exam because they have not reached 40%year mark this is wrong. We have paid for these services which our children are denied to access. They are bul**** left and right and this even haults or prevents them from progress and there is no mechanism in place to support and take students' grievances
Hi I am at KFC Umphakathi mall I used the self service screen to order my food and paid there.I saw on the display screen that my food was being prepared then I went to wait in my car after 30 min. I came to collect and I learnt that my order was canceled , and I have been waiting for this food for 30 minutes now I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to prepare another meal. this is unacceptable, how can you cancel the order before it is collected yoh ai pls appreciate us as customers my lunch time got finished before I can even get the food
Hi my name is Dimakatso Matela and I am in a contract or price lock with DStv and I have been their customer for a while now. Their service has been constantly annoying . I have recently changed the date at which I should be debited which was from 2nd of every month to the 15th of every month. I called and I was assured that they will debit my account on the 15th of this month then today I wake up and realized that my decoder has been disconnected from viewing, and when I contact their call center I am told that I owe R240 in which I was not made aware of when I changed the dates. I requested to speak with someone superior and that person assured me that she is going to listen to the recording and come back to me before 14:30 but the person hasn't called even now. She was the third person I spoke to within 2 hours. I tried to attain her contact details where I would be able to call her and follow up buy she assured me that it was not necessary and she would definitely call back but it's almost an hour now from the expected turnaround time without any news
My name is Dimakatso and I am writing this review with a heavy heart, as today earlier, I called Roodepoort multifranchise Renault, that is situated in 49 ontedekkers Road Roodepoort, to get a quotation for my car for servicing, as well as to book it for servicing. However, the consultant that was helping me was rude and wasn't willing to help me. As we were speaking over the phone, she just transferred me to the workshop people who told me the amount which I will have to pay for my car to be serviced. I then called back and requested that if she could be kind and send me the quotation via email, she rudly transferred my call to another department which it wasn't answered and came back to her, she just told me that she has given my my information to the relevant people and dropped the call. As the customer, I was left there puzzled and did not know what to do. I called back and still got the same person and she maintained her rudeness. This is what we experience when we called Renault Roodepoort
I am writing this with a very disappointed heart as cellc is busy showing redflags . Yooh ai I am a very faithful customer to this network however lately it is a disappointment to me. Lately I bought a home connecter SIM and I bought a data worth 100GB immediately after the purchase the network went offline and I called its customer care yoh what a poor service I got I called yesterday and was told that they have connectivity problems mind you this is been 3 days without being able to connect but they were able to allow me to buy that data but immediately after the purchase the network went off. It is really frustrating that I bought all this data and I am not able to use it of which it will expire in less than 30 days
